How do you know someone does crossfit? Don't worry, we'll tell you. I do crossfit, so I'm always down for a solid massage... especially the muscle groups that make up the backstraps... those are the toughest to handle yourself. Quads, shoulders, calves, easy. Anything on my back? I feel bad asking my wife all the time. I mean, she already does so much amazing stuff. That's when this really delivers. The motors are not wimpy, so you're getting some good movement. The pressure is up to you in how much you want to apply. I really have to put my weight into it to get the motors to even slow down, and I'm a goliath so that's a lot of force. There's a heat mode which I prefer, as well as an AC adapter kit that you can use for the wall or the car. As far as price and value go, you be the judge... * spas and resorts are usually a couple hundred bucks * a decent massage gun runs $50-150 plus the cost of electricity * this thing is $20 plus the cost of electricity * the USDA estimates that it's about $250,000 to raise a child from 0-18, so this is massively cheaper than my wife's massages. Told you this saves crazy money.

I just received this a few days ago and everyone in my family has already used it at least twice. The massage alone is great, and you can use it that way, but when you push the button to add the heat it takes it to another level! This model had just one speed, and it's a little awkward to maneuver around, but other than that I have no complaints with this. The unit is fairly light even for someone with pretty severe arthritis in their hands. I really like that it has a strap on the back so that you can attach it to a chair, but one warning is to not lean against it too hard or the massage may be too deep and give you bruises... ask me how I know. This feels great on the back of my neck, on all parts of my back, on my feet, even on my head. Two of the features that I really like about this massager are that the massage heads are flattened out, rather than rounded - some people may like the rounded points, but I feel like that style can actually be more painful with repeated use, where the flat heads spread the pressure out and are more comfortable for repeated use. The other thing is that the massage heads reverse every so often during the cycle so your muscles will get manipulated from different directions. For $19.99 (the price at the time of this review) this Massage Pillow from Gaxego is a steal and I would highly recommend it for anyone who wants a relaxing massage at home.

This neck and back massager has been a great addition for relieving tension and soreness after long days. The four heated rollers feel great and hold up well under pressure where the motors don’t bog down easily, even when you lean into it a bit. It gives a deep, satisfying massage that works just as well on legs and back as it does on the neck. The controls are simple and straightforward, which I appreciate. Just turn it on and let it do its thing. One of my favorite features is the included car adapter. It’s a game changer for longer drives when my lower back starts acting up. Overall, it’s a well designed and sturdy little machine priced at an exceptional value that delivers solid relief without any unnecessary bells and whistles. Definitely worth it if you’re looking for something reliable and easy to use.

Spines could probably stand a redesign. With the problems many people have with back and neck issues, a replacement might be in order if such was possible. However, for now, I am unaware of any such procedure. So, we are a bit on the stuck-dealing-with-them side of these issues. Which is where this device comes in. Speaking of coming in, it arrived in 2 days which was as expected considering the estimated delivery date. The massager showed no signs of use or abuse given that it was sealed inside its plastic wrapped retail box which was somewhat misshaped. Overall, the unit measures 12" from left-to-right, 7" from top-to-bottom and around 4" thick. It is powered by an AC adapter which has a rated output of 12 volts at 2 Amps and has a cord which is around 5 feet long. A cigarette lighter cord is also included to enable the massager to be used when commercial power isn't available. As seems to be typical of these "heated" devices, the heat isn't very hot. By my standards, anyway. I measured the temperature of the surface of the massager at 112 degrees after ten minutes of use. Heating pads have upper levels which are a good bit higher. The massage function works great. None of this vibrating business: There are four contact points which move very powerfully in order to simulate an actual massage. The direction of motion is reversible using the controls are mounted on the device near one end. This can make things a bit less convenient compared to similar devices which have a corded remote to control their functions. The device also has a timer which shuts it off after 15 minutes of operation. A press of the power button resumes operation. Despite the mandatory 15-minute limit and the lack of a remote control, the functionality and cost-effectiveness of this device make is useful and desirable.

We have had numerous massage pillows like these in the past. Other models were slightly bigger, but the power cord was too loose or the material (PU leather) disintegrated over time. This pillow is built without either of those issues. The power cord is nice and tight and the material won't peel off over time. While it is a little smaller than other pillows I have had in the past, I see that as a plus when traveling and space is a premium. The heat feels nice and the shiatsu massage from the massage pillow felt great on my shoulders and lower back. I like the carry handle on the box, but this should pack nicely in a suitcase.
