Overall this has been a good chair. It is large and comfy. The heat is only on the back part as is the massage. The massage is very limited it is like a buzzing. I was expecting more (kind of like one of those at the salon but softer). It is very comfy though and was very easy to put together. I was a bit concerned as chairs in the past have been more difficult with a lot of pieces. However this one was very easy. It is a nice material and I would 100% buy this chair again. The lean back feature is great for when I need a break but want to keep an eye on my work! Thank you!

This chair is awful!!! Waste of money. Doesn’t massage. Only has a slight vibration on back of thighs. Don’t really feel the heat at all. Chair is comfortable but I paid for the massaging and heat part. Disappointed!

Honestly , I'm going to give this chair a 2/5. The heated back is nice, the massaging feature is.... okay... more of a gimmick if you ask me. I have back issues, and I was looking for a chair that might help support my lower back, this does not. The heated seat feature is nice, but the massaging feature doesn't do anything for me. Its nice that it is tall enough, but the seat is so awkward to sit in that my old 4 year old chair which is broken is easier on my butt and back. I will be looking for something else. I will have the kiddo take this, but even he is like it doesn't feel right. Its like the messed up the butt portion and the back alignment. Don't get me wrong, the seat is a great size, but its just awkward feeling. It also states that it can hold 400 pounds. I'm 320 and the piston is already failing to hold me up. Another reviewer left the following review "The chair is cheap, the “massage” is just a loud vibration that you can even feel. Also the whole chair leans to the left. Don’t waste your money it’s junk!!!" I have to agree, and mine also leans heavily to the left.
