Got this for myself new year gift . The color It actually more like hunter green which I love the most. Very easy to install as long as you follow the instructions step by steps. Very strong support and soft surface. I personally prefer this fabric texture more than a real leather. Leg rest is the greatest part for me so I can let my short legs have a rest not hanging on the air . I usually have to have a little chair down there. The massage part and heat also very functional and helps when you have a sore back during long periods working. Overall I very satisfied with this chair. Great size and comfortable. Worth the price.

I purchased this chair for my son. Wanted a quality chair that will last. Heat & massage is a bonus! Excited to receive the chair. My son & I assembled....really easy! Tool supplied & all screws/bolts are labeled, making it easy to assemble w/step by step directions. Less than 30 min. The only bummer was that the cord to plug together to use heat & massage was pinched. I'm sure shipping had something to do with it. So close! This company & their customer service is insanely quick, so very accommodating. They resolved my issue as fast as it was to put this chair together! The chair is very comfy, padding is thick & feels like it will last more than 6 months :o) Heat is nice & massage is a little bonus. And reclining!! Not much work will be getting done in this chair! Great quality chair - great quality company - great quality customer service.

The heat is there I think, but barely warms up. They advertised this as 120 degrees, and I'd say not even close to 90? It may be that my body heat is the thing actually making the chair warm the longer I sit and use it. Also, on the highest massage setting, its what I would consider low. It just vibrates. The chair description says "massage" as the first word, but I don't feel anything but vibrations. Materials are nice, recline works with the leg rest, and it's easy to put together (instructions are ok). For what I paid for the chair, I think its over priced for the lack of performance.

Chair is as described and is good value for price I paid but there are several issues to consider. First the seat portion after 2 weeks of daily use has settled considerably and the lack of cushioning is noticeable. I can feel there is a bar when I sit down. Second the heat aspect is very light and almost none existent which is frustrating since this is one of the reasons I wanted this chair. Lastly the information on the controls for the chair to change the settings on the message or heat options are completely illegible. I used a magnifying glass and still can not read what the setting options are at all! I paid less then some for the chair so I am going to chalk it up to getting what I paid for. As for it being sturdy and comfortable while in recline it's pretty nice and suits my needs fine.
