What I liked the most was the fact that it is a full body massage mat and the versatility of it. You can use it on the floor, on the bed, sofa/chair, office chair, etc. I appreciate the detachable neck pillow for when I only need neck relief. The mat is very comfortable; I like that it's not constraining. Most of the massagers I looked at was for back and neck only and I was concerned that they wouldn't be wide enough for my back comfort. Also, the others I looked at some reviewers complained that the height of others were too short or too tall depending on ones height. I love that it's operated by remote control, except for the neck part which the controls are located on the pillow. The different modes and heat selections are great. You can also set the time for how long to run. Some reviewers complained that the sound was too loud, but the massage/heat felt so good that it didn't bother me at all. Considering some of the others that I looked at this mat is well made, and price is very reasonable. I highly recommend.

I purchased this assuming it was a full-body massage mat, but unfortunately, it’s not. The only section with actual massage rollers is the neck area. The rest of the mat offers vibration only—not the deep tissue massage I was hoping for. Another issue is the length. If you’re taller than about 5'5", this mat will feel noticeably short. It doesn’t extend far enough to support the full body comfortably, which limits its effectiveness. A word of caution: the packaging is not padded. The mat arrives inside a thin plastic bag within the box, so if you use a box cutter or razor to open it, you risk slicing the mat itself. I recommend opening the box carefully with blunt scissors or by hand. Ultimately, I had to return this mat and will continue searching for a true full-body massage mat with rollers throughout. This one may work for shorter individuals seeking light vibration, but it didn’t meet my expectations.

This is great for restless legs and deep tissue massage. There is nothing I don’t like about this product, it’s heated, neck massage back and forth around your neck, and if you position your shoulder the rollers will do it job amazingly and the neck massage is heated or not depending on your choice. For the mat it’s heated also, it’s vibrating a few different ways. If you need something to help you relax and it doesn’t cost a lot this product is perfect. Overall, everything is what I need for the low price. It’s affordable and help me relaxing. It’s light, easy to put away simply roll it and there is a belt to hold it in place, the neck roller is gentle but work just right. For the price it’s just right.

I uuse this in a lounge chair, not on the floor. Much good. The massage and heat help me a lot. Like being able to separate shoulder, lower back, upper and lower leg massage, or all on at once. Price is good. Good quality... thus far. I like the 10 / 20 or 30 minute timer. Neck massage pillow can be unzipped from body massager mat. A few irritants. Massage noise is loud enough that I have to turn up the TV. Heat can only be applied with massage tured on. For me, neck massager must be unzipped from the mat for my proper neck placement.

Stopped working outside the return window. I enjoyed this mat for about 6-7 weeks, and then I stopped working properly. The hand control no longer works at all: cannot turn it off, change the mode/intensity/duration or turn on the heat at all. Instead, it is always on when plugged in, and not in the targeted areas I choose (no heat). I was told by Amazon that since it is outside the return window I have to contact the seller, but contacting the seller closes the circle of futility by telling me that since I ordered it through Amazon, I need to contact Amazon. I might as well have set my money on fire. UPDATE: After posting this review, the seller contacted me and offered me a full refund without return (good ting since I had already trashed it). I accepted the offer and received my refund a couple of business days later. They did not request that I remove or change my review. Added a se one star for customer service finally getting it.

It's comfortable to sit on and has a lot of different heat and massage options. You can target a specific area or enjoy a full body massage. The neck massage pillow really loosened up my neck muscles. The neck massage pillow zips off so you can use it separately.
