I’ve been using this massage chair for a while now, and overall I’m pretty happy with it. The zero gravity position really does help relieve pressure on my back, and the SL-track massage covers from my neck down to my lower back smoothly. The heat function warms up gradually and feels especially nice in cooler weather. The body scan at the beginning adjusts fairly well to my height and usually hits the right spots. The airbag compression is firm but not painful, and the calf extension is helpful, especially if you’re a bit taller. Decent massage chair. Comes fully assembled. Strong back massage. Only does kneading and Tui Na (which is some sort of rotating massage) which are both great. The calf massage is great too and strong but it does not have heat like was advertised. Does not have tapping or stretching as advertised. The hip air bag massage is very weak and not even felt. The hip roller is separate robot that just rotates under your thigh, not the hip/buttocks, and is very weak. Shoulders air bags are not useful and the chair is a little tight. Overall decent chair but maybe could’ve gotten better value for a few hundred dollars more. The chair can be used to lay back without massage which was good. Hopefully this chair will last. Only had it for a day. Noticed that the seller deletes the reviews and repost the product as new to Amazon every time a review is given. It’s not a bad chair so far so hopefully they are not hiding something. ... show more
