Shipped and packed well. Product does what it saids. As of Feb the 14th iv tried it for an hour so far. If your 5'11, 265 pounds it doesnt give you a full body massage ( your head will hang off) but does work. You cant adjust the roller heights so its going to be deep massage! Has really good air pressure. I packed it up two flights of stairs so the weight isnt crazy. Im giving this a three star only because it doesnt fit someone that is 5'11 and doesnt say anything about recommend size on product ... show more

I thought it would be used from time to time. We use it daily. They need to improve the bracket that holds the screen. Too fragile (already comes falling). Lasted 2 days. I had to replace by stronger bolts, but the long arm is a problem.
