    • I am broke after 20 minutes two times in a row
This thing is the biggest piece of junk ever. I received the first one and was super excited very first time I sat on it I knew that the left side had something wrong with it. Used it for like 20 minutes and the whole thing made a horrible cracking sound and then the massage arms just quit moving and working. Amazon sent me a replacement and this one the arms seems like they were working fine but after 30 minutes it did the same thing and cracked and broke. Also trying to return this thing the second time and the system keeps running me in circles so going to have to call Amazon directly to get anything done on this return. Glad I didn't get hurt when the arms broke cuz it made a horrible crunching sound inside. Do not spend your money on something like this definitely get a better made product. ... show more

Okay so read the review and wanted to love this it is aesthetically pleasing and says all the right things but it’s not worth it the display would not turn on it just would not work right. I am actively doing a return save yourself the stress and move to a different chair

I wish I would’ve never bought this three months ago! It started making horrible sounds from the rollers, so I contacted Amazon. Amazon said they don’t get involved after three months so I contacted the manufacturer (I also bought an extended warranty but that doesn’t kick in until the manufacturer warranty expires). I contact the manufacturer. They’re in China. They’ll send me a replacement part. I end up getting a box of lose parts, rattling around, no packaging except a baggie here and there, lubricant everywhere. I contact them and ask why I have all the parts and they say in case you need them. (Doesn’t scream confidence in the product not breaking down again if you automatically send more parts). So now without a video you are expected to be mechanically inclined and tear apart and reassemble the chair. Which is what we did. Now the chair turns on but the rollers do not move. Three months and this purchase is now unusable. For the price, unacceptable. I ask for my money back, they send me more parts requiring me to take the chair apart again. Amazon is taking it back after hearing all the details. ... show more
