Was really excited to get this and wound up very disappointed. First off the user manual was of no help at all, no explanation of the functions (I had to Google it). It was very uncomfortable and did not fit my 6'1" frame. Description said it had calf rollers, and Bluetooth speakers. It didn't. 360° foot compression only halfway worked and would not keep user settings saved. Sent mine back without hesitation. Don't waste your money.

The chair feels premium, sturdy, and well-designed. The controls are easy to use, and there are enough modes to match whatever you need — deep tissue, gentle recovery, daily relaxation, or full stretching. I’ve slept better, had fewer headaches from neck tension, and my back pain has improved a lot. If you’re on the fence because of the price, I get it — but honestly, after experiencing what it can do, it feels like an investment in daily health and stress relief. I’d buy it again without hesitation.

This chair is the real deal. Assembly was much easier than I expected; the instructions were clear, and we had it set up quickly. The functionality is outstanding: the Smart Body Scan is accurate, and the SL-Track with 3D rollers gives a deep, comprehensive massage from neck to hips. The One-touch Zero Gravity and heat function are my daily go-to for relaxation. It's packed with features, like powerful full-body airbags and foot rollers, that all work perfectly. A 10/10 purchase.

Extremely uncomfortable, needs better heating and better padding. Top massagers do not reach all the way to neck. 5 ft 9 inches tall and average size. Tablet would not save preferred settings. Scheduled pick up Dec 6th, was to be picked up Dec 11th. They have now rescheduled 5 times and still not picked up Dec 24th.

Although it says for up to 6’+ theres no neck or head support. Its too narrow for an average man 5’8”-6’0” Sitting in it my shoulders barely came even with the back. Controls are really non functional between auto and manual.

Love this chair and for the price couldn't beat. The ONLY reason its not 5 stars is because, its a little smaller than I thought. Still very comfortable but just small. IDK maybe im picky but its my opinion. BTW Im 5'10, 190
