So far so good!!! The gentlemen that delivered this were amazing!!! Professional, helpful; and friendly!!! I can’t say enough about them 😊 Onto the chair… It says it’s fully assembled. Well, not exactly. The umbrella? Hood? Needed to be attached. No big deal, I drank my coffee this morning. The chair is more compact than I thought it would be (woohoo!!!). Yes, yes, the dimensions were in the description (it wasn’t listed in terms of bananas, so I didn’t have a frame of reference). The packaging was fairly easy to open and was packaged well (I just tore the box apart to get the chair… it was easier than using a knife). The leg part folds up and down, which is probably a good thing because I trip over everything (I’ll probably just walk into it instead of tripping on it). (I’m a bull in a china shop) The hood thing is kind of nice. Kind like a mini fort! I just tried it out… do you have fibromyalgia? I do. It hit my trigger points. Did it hurt? Well yeah it did. Duh. I go for massages and they hurt sometimes but then I get relief for a little while. Not the chairs fault, I knew this going in and expected it to hit my trigger points. Think long and hard before shelling out money for any of these chairs if you don’t like the shiatsu roller thingys. I hit the automatic setting and the zero gravity thing and away I went! It goes for 30 minutes, which is plenty. The air bags have a lot of pressure (which I like). It looks like it can be adjusted. Half way through I figured out where my arms go and got nice arm hugs from this chair. I guess I could read the directions (I don’t need no stinking directions). Oh!!! Most important!!! I had to basically lay on the floor behind the chair to find where the power cord goes and the power switch. I’ll be honest, kind of wanted to take a nap once I was down there. Took a little bit to figure out where that was… I don’t need no stinking directions. 😁 it’s comfortable enough to sit and watch tv or take a nap, just need a pillow and maybe a blanket. There are 2 ways to control this small beast… through the panel thing, or the manual thing on the left arm. The manual thing has a spinny button thing with what looks like a power icon on it. I kept spinning it and nothing. I ended up pushing it and it turned on!!! Amazing!!! Who needs directions? I didn’t play with that too much but I will…. Over all, it looks nice, works great so far, and the gentlemen that delivered it were awesome! I would buy this again. ... show more
