This is a good massage chair for your back, but it lacks in the neck area. I really wanted it for full body, including neck massaging. The neck is not so great. If you are a smaller person the airbag pressure does not work very well. If you can figure out the manual controls, they work better than the automatic programmed settings for targeted area massages. The foot massage i’d only give a one star it’s extremely lacking.

I recently had an issue with my massage chair and reached out to customer service for help. Here’s a detailed account of my experience: Initial Contact and Issue Report: On March 18, 2024, I contacted customer service through WhatsApp after experiencing a problem with my massage chair. The representative promptly responded, apologizing for the inconvenience and requesting my order number to assist me better. I provided the order number, and they informed me they would consult with their product development team. Communication and Follow-Up: The customer service representative was very responsive, keeping me updated throughout the process. They mentioned that if the issue couldn’t be resolved, they would offer a $400 compensation, which was reassuring. After consulting their team, they provided detailed instructions and videos to help me resolve the issue myself. Replacement Part Installation: On March 29, 2024, I received the replacement part and began the installation the next day. I encountered some difficulties with the screws being in an inaccessible location. After contacting customer service again, they consulted their technical staff and got back to me with a proper solution. They requested a video of the foot movement section to offer a more accurate fix, which I provided upon my return home on April 3, 2024. Successful Resolution: After following their latest video instructions, I successfully replaced the faulty foot massage piece. The noise issue was resolved, and the chair worked perfectly again. Overall Experience: Throughout the entire process, customer service was very professional, patient, and helpful. They provided timely updates, clear instructions, and ensured that my issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Even after the resolution, they reached out on May 8, 2024, to ask for feedback and ensure everything was working well with the chair. In conclusion, despite the initial problem with my massage chair, the exceptional customer service turned a potentially frustrating experience into a positive one. I wish I could put 0 stars… chair works but is painful and not relaxing… leg/foot rest didn’t extend and it did not do a body scan… QR code didn’t work was not able to connect to WhatsApp … telephone rang forever then hung up…

The specifications clearly state the this chair is suitable for people up to 6'2" and 330 lbs. I am 6'2" and 275 lbs. and I can sit in the chair but it barely goes up to the top of the shoulders and stops before it ever gets to my neck. It is a tight fit at my weight and I can't imagine a person that weighs 55 lbs. more than I do would ever get in it and be comfortable. The adjustable leg length is a joke as it is only adjusted as long as a tall person pushes the extensions out and holds them there as they are spring loaded. To actually relax is impossible as the springs push your legs back up unless you push hard to keep the length where you want it. We are planning to keep it as my 5'2" 125 lbs wife fits it perfectly. I would not recommend it for anyone over 5'10"
