I was expecting a ruler with an inking edge like the images. I'm tired of having to flip my rulers over to do inking. They are pictured with a raised lip along one edge so ink does not bleed under the ruler and make a mess. They aren't. Just a plain bevel on the top so if you do want to use it for a straight edge to ink with, you have to flip it over and use it upside down. It's flimsy so taping coins to it won't work and putting layers of tape on the bottom defeats the purpose of it being clear and see through. I wouldn't have checked to see if the marks are accurate if not for doing this review, and no the ruler doesn't match with my drafting scales. The inch side is pretty close but the metric side is off. It's short half a millimeter over 30cm. ... show more

    • Gets rough.
The edges of this acrylic ruler get rough with use. I thought it would be better than metal but it is not. I am not using anymore.
