This is chair is designed for a specific height. I would imagine someone who's 5'9" tall. I am 5'4" tall. Because of that, I need to sit on two pillows in order for the back massage to properly align with my back. If not, the rolling balls hit areas that are uncomfortable. When I use the two pillows, that prevents me from accessing the waist and arm air bags. So essentially, I am only able to use it for the foot, calf, neck and back features. The massage is strong once you remove the padding. You can tailor the intensity to your preference. The assembly was very challenging. It me hours to put the chair together. The directions are useless. The build of the chair is reasonable. I have one arm that is flimsy. But other than that, everything else feels secure. My favorite feature is the air bags. That helps alleviate tension in my body. I also like how you can increasingly add time to your massage. I have chairs that cut off after 15 minutes without allowing the user to change that. ... show more

I love this, this is the best massage seat you can get for the price, It has all the premium features of a massage chair, it covers everything from neck, shoulder, back, arms, feet and you can easily adjust the intensity (it is pretty intense which is good), the ZG mode is amazing and can put you to sleep. oh and the Bluetooth speaker is such a great addition, it makes this a full experience, with pretty good quality this is not a recliner so you may not be able to sit on it without the massage, though you can throw a pillow adjust the back unit to watch TV for instance, but it is not built for that, so be aware Now to the key part assembly, I have to be honest, the manual in the box is confusing and can mislead you, Assembly is not hard if you really get an idea of how all those pieces work, the chair was built with minimal assembly required, and Don't worry, you won't mess up, but here are few tips 1. Wait for the third box, it is a key part of assembly and may not arrive the same day 2. The tubes will be a little rough, much like any new product, the trick is to twist and insert, do that few times until you are able to connect them Assembly in a nutshell 1. Back unit is to be set on the Main unit (Main unit is the part with all the wiring and power button) to do that just make sure you align it to the bottom metal rod 2. before you set anything else, connect the tube of the main unit with the back, there are also two electric parts, both in black, those can get lost so hook them up before you assemble the rest 3. setup the arm rest, easiest way, the silver piece to the side should be on the upper side, align the notches on the upper metal rod 4. before you hook up the bolts, find two tubes from the armrest, one is yellow and another is black and connect them with the main unit, if you skip to the bolts, you will have a nightmare trying to find those tubes later, do it first as for the bolts, in my case I had to push the back unit forward for the bolts opening to align, this will be tricky and difficult but it is possible 5. repeat for the other armrest 6. setup the shoulder rests, just slide them in place, the two metal pieces should be easy to spot 7. connect the shoulder rest tube, there should be one on both sides 8. connect the power chord and voila, turn the power on and enjoy Hope this will help many of you, it will take some 30 minutes, but it's worth the wait!! I have been getting massages three times a day now, cause this is an awesome chair! ... show more

Ok I wanted to give this 2 weeks before writing a review as to get an honest opinion. First off, it came package in 3 seperate boxes. It was packaged well and easily unboxed. Next came the assembly which honestly was a pain. Trying to line up tiny holes and driving a screw with an Allen Wrench seems rather ridiculous to me. Would have been easier to have the screws already in the sides and then just run them through the attachment points. Then all I would need to do is tighten a bolt down. Would have been so much easier than taking nearly 2 hours and cutting up my hands trying to get everything aligned. Or maybe design some 'snap-and-lock' system. Assembly could have been easier. Now I have used the chair for about 2 weeks and here are my thoughts. There should be a roller that goes up and down the spine instead of just rotating massages. Being able to to adjust them to where needed would greatly improve the chair. Even if I can only move them up or down a couple of inches. Secondly, the neck rollers you can hardly feel. I'm not sure how to fix that issue, maybe extend them out a half inch? Thirdly, allow more time on the inflated airbags. They inflate and deflate so fast. Maybe let them sit inflated for about 10 seconds before releasing the air. Not just inflate and deflate right away. Fourthly, add a small cushion for the lumbar area. Those rollers can hurt just a tad bit. We put a pillow there and so much better. And lastly, the heat system need to ramp up quicker. Once the heat is turned on, it takes approximately 15-20 to feel it. Which is about the time your massage ends if you don't add additional time. Make all these changes and you would have a great product! Pros: price, comfort Cons: See above ... show more
