3 months ago, when Mass Airflow sensor for my Nissan Sentra SR 2012 broke down, I was told by mechanic that this genuine parts would cost around $400 from Nissan itself and if brought the unbranded one they have would cost around $300-$350. I found this on Amazon on $21.49 and thought of giving it a try. It was easy to install and in less than 10 mins. I cleared the error code and it never came back. Saved my around $500 from mechanics. My check engine light came on and my 2012 Nissan quest van was running kinda rough sporadically. Went to one of those car parts stores and they did the thing where they plug it in and see why the check engine light is on. It said mass air flow sensor and they quoted me $50+ for the part. I talked to a friend who said you can DIY this part it’s not too bad. It’s just hard to get to. Bought this for waaaaay cheaper.     • Be aware of cheap replacements
When you receive a car part that is in an open dity box and the part inside is in a unsealed baggie.... you get what you deserve. Should not have even installed it, but I did. Didn't work. Somebody probably put their old part in the box. Could not return it.

    • Solved my issue at a good price
The first one I got was a dud right out of the package. Voltage to the ECM via the MAF signal wire did not climb with increased throttle input. Wrote in for an exchange, dropped the bad one off at a return center (Staples Office Supplies, in my case), and the new one arrived later the same week. Installed it, and it worked. A pain to have to do it twice, but I didn't have high hopes given that the cost was about 85% lower than the brick and mortar retail price. Satisfied overall. ... show more

Just letting you know it fits and works with a 2007 Nissan X-Trail T30. 4 stars for now until after 6-12 months to see if it lasts. UPDATE: It didn't last 6 months. 3 stars because it fits my car but didnt specify my model.

    • 09 Altima - Fixed my non responsive gas pedal
09 nissan altima. Gas pedal would be non responsive at full stops. Sometimes even right before trying to make a left turn in front of traffic. As you can imagine that was scary. Bought this MAF sensor and a new air intake hose and fixed my issue with a non responsive gas pedal.
