Changed this on a 2009 malibu 2.4. got a code for the crank sensor and noticed the rpm wasn't moving also. Change the sensor and all is well

This was a quality real part. Thank you! I've been buying knock offs and getting burned. I don't recommend buying and sensors that aren't AC Delco, Delphi, Bosch or Hitachi. Other names will leave you in pain.

Got a cheap knockoff. Nothing more to say. Not an AC Delco part not an AC Delco box. Didn't include any shims/spacers which I understand the AC Delco part includes Missed the return window. Got screwed over. Lesson learned.

This solved the problem. No problem with the part. Was not easy to install on a Pontiac G5. Meaning everything involved before actually changing it out. Location was a pain.
