Nothing to envy to other Sea Moss , the taste is kind of strong, but it is as effective as the Sea Moss gel, and I know everyone think different but for me personally works the same. Love it!

Not bad...maybe a little bit a taste of the sea...sometimes I take it in morning & then in evening....the taste goes away quickly, especially if u drink something or eat something

I’ve actually been using sea moss for a few years now, just not this brand. I decided to try MaryRuth Organics this time because I’ve heard good things about their products, & so far I’m really happy with the quality. I chose the original flavor version instead of the flavored one. Some people might prefer the flavored options, but I personally don’t mind the natural taste at all. I usually add one full dropper to my coffee in the morning, which is the recommended serving. One of the main reasons I take sea moss is for digestive support & skin health, & I’ve noticed it works well for me. It helps keep my stomach feeling balanced, & it definitely supports regular digestion for me. Over time, I’ve also felt like my skin looks healthier when I’m consistent with it. Some general benefits people take sea moss for include: • digestive support • skin health • natural minerals (sea moss contains many trace minerals) • supporting overall wellness Of course everyone’s body is different, but for me it has been a great addition to my routine. Didn't get to take/use the whole bottle because I figured out I was allergic to it--lots of sneezing, sinus and throat congestion and some reddened skin while taking it. Taste and consuming it were just fine, no issues at all with the product itself, but again, due to having an allergic reaction (which took me 2-3wks to pinpoint what was happening and why), I didn't really get to find out if it had any POSITIVE effects on my body.
