I will say when I first got this product it felt very sturdy and like it will last. I liked the slight double humidity protection each drawer has when you open the front door. I purchase this box because my other boxes were getting too full. First thing you notice is the craftsmanship is VERY NICE! The box feels solid and the drawers fit perfectly and move exactly as they should. I seasoned my box for a couple weeks before adding my cigars. I purchased a much larger humidifier as the ones included were fine however I do NOT like filling the stick humidifiers much. You can also just buy some Boveda packs that also work fine. This is a decent humidor which does what it says it will do. It holds a fair amount of sticks, unless you collect just to be collecting. I don't. I purchase stocks to smoke. It's rare that one enters my house that doesn't get smoked within a month of purchase. That's the pros. The con is, the digital readout on the humidity indicator seems stuck on 82%. I've placed my own indicator which indicates 68-70%. There also needs to be a backlight as the supplier humidity indicator is difficult to read. Edit: I contacted the customer service and they are sending another humidor, free of charge,so that I may use the hygrometer in that one,to replace mine. That's good customer service ... show more

This seems to be a decent humidor, but the drawer rails are just glued and came broken. I glued them back, but they should package them to prevent the drawers from moving to prevent this. For the money it seems decent. ***Update, they sent me a message offering to refund all of my money because of the rails. I declined the refund because other than this minor problem which was a fairly easy fix, this is a great humidor for a great price. Definitely worth the money and a stand up company. Had a small issue with my first humidor and they made it right without any back and forth so I bought a second one!
