Great unit! Arrived safe and quick - and the communication from the seller was excellent. Good construction, solid. The drawers are great, shelf adjustability is a nice touch. Works well and looks modern. Big fan. Seal seems to be good, might wanna touch up the outlet area and perhaps the door. I did have a magnet out from shipping perhaps this should be a simple fix. I’d purchase again.

The interior of the unit is super functional and loaded with Spanish cedar but the finishing is poor. The supplied electric outlet must be installed and required a serious amount of caulking to seal the 3/8” gap that you are left with. The door has warped and does not shut properly - kind of critical for a humidor (See photos). I am considering adding more magnets but I am not sure that will do the job as there is a 3/8” magnet at the top of the door that does not have enough “pull”. Maybe more will do the job, maybe not. In any event zero response from vendor. Pretty good humidor if you are handy and want a project to problem solve while you are enjoying your smoke. I installed 2 Aristocrat SF1.5 humidification units and even with the poor seal, the humidor is maintaining humidity. You will need to drill a hole to run the wire from the outlet to the top humidifier. Update April 9 2024 After 6 months of multiple attempts to get a response from the vendor I reached to Amazon. The filed a claim with their "A-Z Protection Plan" closed and reopened the claim and then closed it again with the explanation being: "The A-to-z Guarantee protects buyers when they do not receive an item or an item does not match its description. Although we understand your disappointment, you received the item and the item matched its description." I'm not sure how they arrived at the conclusion that a Humidor which is designed to seal in humidity and protect cigars is "as described" when the door does not close Updated photos have the white tape. This after adding two additional magnets. Amazon has reopened the claim. We'll see if third time is the charm. Honestly I am surprised with Amazon's approach to date. Update May 6 2024 After 6 months of radio silence and a very disappointing lack of support from Amazon the vendor reached out to me. They acknowledged that they had dropped the ball and that I had communicated with them within a week of receiving the humidor. They took my concerns seriously and we agreed on a partial but substantial refund that allowed me to have a carpenter address the deficiencies. FYI the carpenter installed a weather strip around the frame of the cabinet and adjusted the lock and closing clips. The humidor is now maintaining humidity. I revised my rating from 1 to 4 stars.

I was skeptical placing this much money on something sight unseen and so difficult to return, but I couldn't find another display case humidor in any dark colors. I took a chance and I am very pleased. This humidor was worth every penny. It's heavy, sturdy and has a very good seal. There is an internal outlet that solves a lot of problems hooking up the humidification device. It's much bigger than it looks in the picture and the workmanship is impressive. I have about 350 loose sticks that will fit very comfortably on the upper shelves. The drawers will be used for 5-packs and cigarillo cases and the lower shelves for boxes and/or small humidors. Make sure you get a humidification device that can service this cabinet. My base model cigar oasis does nothing for this. I have that and about 20 large Boveda packs working to season this thing and it has taken me 2 days to get from 45% to 55%. You will need a fan or two to circulate the air. The drawers prevent easy circulation from top to bottom. There are however plenty of air slots to help circulate if you have a fan. Disposal of the shipping materials might be problem so plan ahead. It comes well packed in cardboard and Styrofoam and you will either need a very large dumpster or you will need to break this down to dispose of it in the municipal pick-up. The Styrofoam filled 4 large trash bags and the cardboard will fill up my recycling bin for 2 pick-ups. It took me an hour to break it all down and pack it up for disposal. All in all, this is a great buy and I am super pleased i took the chance on this purchase!

I live in a very dry climate and have the large Oasis 3.0 sitting on the bottom and a smaller Oasis at the top. This thing is stuffed! And every drawer is filled so air flow is an issue a bit to get it even through out. I did buy a small fan that runs half way to help move air. The humidity varies from top to bottom. 80% on the bottom to 68ish at the top. Sticks all seem fine through out. Buy plenty of distilled water to keep your Oasis's filled. Lots of wood and many cigars to keep moist. Great construction and the delivery was not done by a mailman. It was a special scheduled FedEx truck. I also added strip lights inside the door that have a remote and timer. Gives it a great look. I'm thinking of drilling holes in the sides, front and rear of the drawers. Probably a few more holes through out to increase air flow. Oh and I might take the wheels off if it finds it's forever home. Big price but BIGGER value and totally worth it! Hate that I didn't do this earlier.

The door mounting and door itself is warped. I'm still having issues getting a good seal along the top of the unit. Most of the hinge screws are stripped. Not real happy with the purchase.
