I don't write too many reviews, but felt compelled this round. I have used a couple of different humidors, over the years. Started with a locally handmade one in Nicaragua from a military deployment, to three off the shelf units at cigar stores. This one is by far the nicest/feature rich one I have had. I have roughly 75-80 happy sticks of varying sizes, right now, and they fit with room to spare Followed the instructions and now have all of my collection in this sleek unit. Seasoning for me was quick. It was ready for loading on day 3. It has only been about a week and has only budged off of 72% once (down to 70%), and that was most likely due to the ceiling fan in the room being at high speed for most of day. Bounced back up quickly after. Gorgeous black piano finish. The drawer at the bottom goes the entire depth and fits all of my collective doo-dads from over the years. Magnet closures built into lid and drawer are very well thought out. Fit and finish on this thing is impressive. I am on my 4th or 5th version of humidity control. In my previous humidor, I became a Boveda convert and that system worked great, but it was about 1/3 of the capacity. This unit has an ingenious (no space wasting) inherent humidity system that CE designed. From what I have seen so far, it seems rock solid and consistent. Just WOW! I received this a couple days ago and it looks better in person than it does on picture. It really looks amazing. It is a little more expensive than allot of humidors you can buy, but I wanted a glass top and CE makes a very nice one. As far as the built in hygrometer/thermometer I bought a wireless one to add and the temp seems to match up closely but the humidity is off by a couple points. Can’t figure which one is accurate but something to note. The storage drawer is great also. There’s enough room for lighters, cutters, small travel cases and even fits my ash tray. It’s a little hard to open at times but not a deal breaker. Has a great seal that I feel will hold humidity well. Only time will tell. I am still in the seasoning period so I haven’t been able to put my smokes in yet to see what the capacity will hold, but it looks like it will have ample space for all I will need. Can’t say enough good things about this case. To me it’s worth every penny. I will update if anything noteworthy comes up. ... show more

Product is very well made and customer support is amazing! The setup instructions are great and the humidor seasoned perfectly for me in the first try, which took 4 days. I have now loaded in about 30 sticks and the humidity is staying in the prescribed range. All that from a beautiful cabinet with a storage drawer. Why haven't you bought yourself one yet! First of all - this thing is gorgeous - piano black with MacBook style hardware, exactly as described. The fit and finish is really nice, from the magnets in the drawers and lid to the really cool embedded humidity system. It took about 2 weeks to season properly. I filled up the tray with solution (had to order an additional bottle - the first ran out in the first few days) and left it above the embedded slot like the instructions say. One additional thing I did was remove the lid from the black hydro tray to improve the evaporation rate. Once seasoned I filled her up with cigars and it's maintaining really nicely. PROs - great instructions and even a video walkthrough on the website. - great fit and finish - awesome and easy embedded humidity system CONs - the humidor solution bottle that comes with is really just a starter amount, you'll need more to get you seasoned and keep your cigars moist. - it's fairly heavy. Don't expect to be lugging this around anywhere. they say NOT to use Boveda packs - if your into those might want to look elsewhere ... show more

    • Beautiful Humidor Worth The Investment - But Test Your Hygrometer

This is a beautiful, well-constructed humidor. You can store a lot of cigars in this bad boy. Kind of a pain to get at the humidification system as it is at the bottom meaning you have to take all your cigars out. But the need to get in there and do that isn't all that often because it holds humidity so well. I haven't had to do anything for almost a month and it is consistent at 71%. My only advice is to test your hygrometer. I put in a second hygrometer inside the unit to see how accurate the version that came with the humidor was. Turns out it low by 10% which means I had cigars sitting in 78% humidity. Not ideal. However, Case Elegance handled the issue very well. I emailed Customer Service and they sent out another one within a few days that tested out perfectly. Happy to know my cigars are being kept properly now - especially the Cubans. ... show more

I'm loving this humidor so far. Unfortunately it arrived with some small cosmetic damage. Lovely smell of cedar. Beautiful finish. Drawer has plenty of space. Currently seasoning the unit. Hygrometer actually works great! Can't wait to add cigars. Patience is the game here.

Fantastic looking humidor . The piano black finish is a real eye catcher ! The included humidification system works to perfection so far and is very easy to do . The drawer on the bottom is a real added bonus to store my cutter and lighter . I seasoned this for 10 plus days and double checked the hygrometer by buying a small govee bluetooth model . The readings are almost identical . The customer service as i read in multiple other reviews is just fantastic . I had a small issue with the divider on the top tray being a warped . I sent an email at 10pm on a Sunday night and got a response within 30 minutes ! I had a new divider at my house within a few days.
