The chair arrived in a slightly damaged box and 1 damaged piece, however customer service was amazing and sent over a replacement in just a couple of days. Now the chair is 100% assembled and works well. Worth the investment for a better gaming chair, and the massaging lumbar support cushion is a much needed perk when streaming for hours ... show more

This was my first gaming chair, coming from a regular desk chair. It's a great one. It looks nice and I can game for hours comfortably. My nephew liked it so much after checking it out, I ended up getting him one too. He got the iron man version. Also a great looking chair. Customer service is top notch too. I was so sad when i accidentally bent the backrest as I was moving my chair across the room. Sent the seller a message letting them know that I had a freak accident and damaged my chair. They got pics as proof and within a few days i had a new backrest. Rejoice, back to enjoying my new favorite chair again! If you're looking for a new chair you can buy this one in confidence. Gaming chair, look awesome and more expensive than what it is. Easy to follow comic book instructions. That being said the plastic beauty covers on side of chair that hide the metal brackets holding the seat with back are a little janky. This was the hardest part of the assembly is to figure out where each of the 4 plastic covers went. the plastics on these where a little off in the molding so aligning the smallest screws ever to screw them on took about 12 minutes instead the 4 minutes it should of taken. I bought this same chair years ago without the legrest and was pissed because it was only $20 more and the option wasn't as visible as now. I finally went ahead and bought this second one with the legrest and gave the other one to my mom lol. It's still in perfect condition, and everytime i have visitors, they always sat in the chair and raved about how comfortable it is and I just had to have them try it 180 degrees leaned back, I'm typically near 300 pounds or around 260-280ish because of health issues, anyways its never broken or been damaged or really flipped, I think I flipped once because there was a spill on the floor and I was screwing around xD buy it buy it buy it, if you're on the fence buy it ... show more

It ended up being a two-person job in the end, but we got it assembled with little to no resistance. It's comfortable and sturdy.

I have been through so many computer chairs and all of them has some issues. This chair literally is the only one to check all my boxes in what i look for in a chair. If i had to be picky and call out one flaw its that the arm rests are not padded but im sure i can find arm pillows for gameing chairs so no issue....the chair looks and feels amazing. It was a bit difficult to put together and goes better with some help but i was able to put the chair together by myself with a little ingenuity in about a hour or 2. I got the reclining version whick is more comfy than i imagined tho i dont think i will use that function much and ot does add weight to the chair so if u want lighter weight get the standard chair ... show more

The customer service is unbelievably awesome. Never have I had customer service go above and beyond what I thought I was going to get but Neo-Chair has. I plan to get all of my chairs from them and I will be recommending all my friends and family to them as well! The chair is comfy and I finally can just recline and play video games on my TV without having to fumble all over my bed trying to get into a comfortable position. Fantastic quality as well!
