    • Great for smaller people
It works great, but I’m too big for it. If it could have been placed one time, and hit all of my lumbar, I would like it better. The massage settings are pretty limited, too, so if you need deep tissue massage, this can’t help you.

Love this massage pillow. Feels wonderful after a long day working on my computer. You can use it for the lower back, or flip it upside-down to target the neck and shoulder areas. Very ergonomic, so you can even use it while your working!

The Comfier Back Support Massage cushion is just what I was looking for--a pillow that conforms to my back that offers both heat and massage. Both the heat and massage controls can be adjusted to one's personal comfort level. This would best be used in either a chair or on a couch, in a sitting position. The control panel is easy to use and the fabric covering is of velvet-type material. I've found it very helpful in taming down back achiness and spasms. My family and I do a lot of driving we like to go travel we enjoy driving up in the mountains to see the beauty of The state we live in and this lumbar pillow massager definitely has come in handy the last future to be taken rather you’re a passenger rider or the driver you will definitely enjoy this lumbar massager pillow I like that this has . when you’re in the car driving for such a long time or just sitting down for such a long time this massager definitely alleviates the pain that you might get from sitting down for a long period of time there’s two heat levels it’s super soft and comfortable I could also see this being a perfect addition to any receptionist or person who works from home who sits at a desk for long periods of time it really helps alleviate the pain and it’s it’s just comfortable. My personal favorite aspect is that It heats up in my opinion the massage aspect is more so like a vibration feeling which I don’t mind it’s nice at all but it’s not so much like a kneading massage if that makes any sense and all in all it’s great get plenty of use out of it and I am very very pleased with this lumbar pillow. ... show more

Placed behind me, this little pillow sits too low to really be effective. If I reposition it and trap it by leaning against it, it's quite nice, but getting up and down frequently means I have to reposition it each and every time. Some method of holding it in position would be nice, but might also be difficult to make universal. My photo shows a small coffee cup in for scale. This might all be fine for (very) short people. The massage vibration is light, but nice. The heat is adequate but I could see wanting warmer settings in the winter. Cord lengths are fine - about 7 feet for the power cord, about 2 feet for the controller. The controller is very easy to use. ... show more

The massager pillow is decent, but it's slightly too soft and the massager is not very strong. It's advertised to have straps, but I can't locate any. Additionally, all the zippers on the pillow appear to be sewn shut. The pillow also seems smaller than depicted in the photos. On a positive note, the heating feature works well.
