Looks exactly like oem ford motorcraft part. This is a known failure part on ford blowers. I have a 2010 and have replace this part twice before using motorcraft brand. 1st time lasted 2 years, second time I changed the wire harness and got 4 years before it died. I went with this aftermarket brand this tiem, because the ford part is not 3 times the cost of what it used to be. It is only 2 screws to replace this part so I can't buy/replace this aftermarket part 4 times and still break even compared e d to the ford moyorcraft part. I will update this review if this aftermarket part dies earlier than 2 years. This part is comparible with a 2010 expedition. It got my air conditioning/ heat back up and running again.installation is easy, with just 2 screws under the glove box. The noise level is exactly the same as the oem part. I have replaced several of these on my 2014 F-150 myself over the last few years. This specific one blew after about 5 months of use. Could be my fault since I always do these as a DIY project and am not sure if I am installing them correctly. I am nobody's mechanic. At $15 or less a piece, though, at least it's pretty cheap and easy to replace them. It does not take long. Just need a couple of metric sockets at 8mm to get bolts off and back on.
