A great item when installing electrical devices that require an electrical box.
I use Universal Light Crossbars when installing lights and other devices over electrical boxes. It provides a more secure way of attaching the device to the electrical box.

Missing pieces.
Included the plates, screws to hold plate to box, nuts(for what?), and wire nuts. Missing screws to hold lite to plate and the acorn nuts. I purchased missing parts at local hardware to get job done.
