Inexpensive and strong clamps. These worked nicely but as other reviews commented, my floor has shiny flakes from the chrome coating coming off after first use. I have several workouts where I need to change plates on my easy bar quickly, and my smaller spring clips where a pain & one of them was too snug and took 2 hands to get on. These are large, easy to get on and off with one hand, hold the plates tight, Love them & would recommend them. The only issue is that they are long (tall?) which is part of what makes them so easy to use, but sometimes when using small plates, the clips extend further than the plates and the bar ends up sitting on the ends of the clip instead of the plate, but that's not a big deal, just kind of a weird side effect. ... show more

These are great but keep in mind they only fit an exact 1" diameter bar. I have a 27mm (1.063") diameter bar and they do not fit it nor do they fit a 15/16 (.937") diameter smaller bar. All in all they work great on my 1" bar. Before you buy any of these spring clips measure your bar diameter with a caliper and go from there. ... show more
