I love the idea of having lamp, power bank and small generator in one item. It stays charged for about a day with normal use ( charging iPad, earbuds and a phone at once). I have many products of this brand, and this is my favorite so far.

    • Portable power bank
This is an excellent portable power bank to have in case of emergencies. Down here in the south, we get that tornado weather more often than I like. After countless stormy nights of losing power and being in the dark, I decided to become more prepared. So I collect things for these situations. I have small power banks for phones, battery-powered lights, solar lights, etc. So when I saw this heavy-duty power station, I knew I had to have it. It has the DC AC and USB outlets that could power so many different things. I've found that the things people need for short power outages (a matter of hours or less, not ultra prolonged) are phone chargers, laptop chargers, fans, etc. You could charge more than one phone at a time with this baby. Everyone in the family would be so thankful. We plugged a fan up to this and it certainly worked. Just the regular standing fan that we each have in our rooms. So if we lose power in this heat, we will have a fan running for sure. Laptops will continue working for hours for sure, no work time lost. Phones definitely fully charged. So this is a great family power bank to have. As opposed to having the tiny portable banks that can only charge one phone and nothing else, and trying to ration and share that. The other great thing about this is the light. If you look, the unit has the carrying handle on top. So you can carry this like an old school big flashlight. Very portable and convenient. But, this also can be converted into a mini lamp light. The LED light part can be pulled out, by way of telescopic pole, the light piece inverts, and thus turns into a literal lamp. It is very bright, lights up the entire area. It can be dimmed down. And there's also the emergency light. Great for hikers in an emergency situation. Overall, this is a great took to have just at home for power outages, in the RV, in your tent while camping, or in your backpack while hiking. Having access to power and an emergency light could make a world of difference in an awful situation. But in typical couple-hour long outages, it is just highly convenient and nice to have. This camp battery has a lot of positives. It is extremely bright. It is going to light up a tent brighter than any lantern I have ever owned. It can power many things, such as a hot plate, or a fan. It is chargeable with solar panels. I have one complaint, at this price point I would expect it to have a more high-quality handle. The housing/case is pretty cheap. For an item that I take out into the wilderness I don't know how well it is going to hold up. I think that camp items should be manufactured to take a bit of rough and tumble. I think if I drop this thing it's got a high likelihood of breaking. That being said, having it as an emergency power bank for around the house it will probably do fine. ... show more

Modified sine wave is used for AC outlet (old and cheap technology, not for sensitive devices such as a laptop). 2 of 18W USB and 2 of USC-C (18 and 30W) are nice. I bought this product because of the telescopic LED light, and it is very useful.     • Fantastic power bank that packs a lot of juice
This is fantastic for camping to charge devices, or run a fan, overnight. I have solar panels I use to charge another power station, and in a pinch, I can charge this one from that. I haven't had to do that, however, as this power bank has more than enough power to get me through several nights of camping. That usually consists of running a fan all night (camping in Texas during the summer is evil hot) and charge devices (phones and flashlights). ... show more

    • Compact and lightweight form factor is great for camping
This power station is quite nice, especially for the size with it being much smaller than I was expecting. I have a larger EcoFlow River that I’ve been using when camping although with how compact this unit is I’ll probably make the switch permanently. Obviously, the smaller size has an effect on capacity, but outside of the usual features like a real AC outlet and USB ports, the integrated light is surprisingly good. Not only is it bright and more than adequate for lighting up an area, it’s really clever with how it pops out of the power station and can expand with the telescoping pole. It’s a great design that I really like and works well in actual use. As for the power station, charging speeds seemed fast enough, the AC outlet worked well powering a small fan inside our tent and the capacity seemed good enough for a weekend of mostly light use. I’d recommend the unit to anyone looking for a small-ish and relatively lightweight power station that has a really cool area light built-in. ... show more
