Ready to “plug and play” right out of the box. Quality exceeded my expectations. The arm is very sturdy and easy to set up/adjust. Sound quality is excellent and the free downloadable software offers a very clean and simplistic control panel. I will say, for best results make sure you have a headset that can plug into the aux input on the mic for active feedback if you want to hear yourself clearly. The RGB lighting is nice too with a few options. This mic is perfect for content creators, streamers, and podcasting on a budget. Very satisfied.

I bought 2 of these mics and in the beginning the sound was great for such an inexpensive mic. After a while, it would disconnect frequently from the computer. It isn’t grounded, so it pics up on a lot of EMI. I bought a second one thinking perhaps it was a default one, and it was the same issue. Both mic cradles snapped and broke and the mute button on another mic just popped off. The other mic started to mute and sound fuzzy. I address these concerns with support and they were detailed on diagnostics and issued a refund for both. Their service is wonderful and I believe I may have just be out of luck with the 2 that I bought. The sound when working is great. I rated 4 stars because the product was great when it worked, and I’m sure it would be great for those in a more simplified setup. The willingness to want to resolve the situation tells me they would do the same for their products.

I needed a new XLR mic and the sound quality is a good upgrade over my previous mic, but the USB interface actually allows a lot more customizability. I’m happy with the value and quality, plus you can get it with a boom arm for your convenience. I ended up having a small technical issue with one of the two mics I bought, so I reached out to customer service and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my options for replacement. Would buy again.

Was skeptical about how good this USB microphone would be, and it actually sounds really professional. Very high quality sound, with the correct settings you can remove background noise if you have any, and the ability to adjust gain/mute mic on the fly is great! The RGB lights are another plus for me!
