Affordable, Effective Manual Tire Changer
At first glance, a manual tire changer might make you wonder if it actually works, but I can confirm that it does. I set it up in my garage and successfully changed tires with it. I did use an optional duck head attachment, which makes getting tires on and off easier and is gentler on rims, but even without it, the machine performs as advertised. Yes, it requires some elbow grease to break the beads and separate tires from rims, and it takes a little more time than a powered machine. That said, once you get a technique down and understand how the machine works, the process isn’t much slower than using a powered tire changer. It’s all about knowing your method and practicing a bit. This is a very affordable way to gain the ability to change your own tires—a task that traditionally required professional shop equipment. For anyone who wants the freedom to change tires on their own schedule, without relying on appointments or a shop, this is absolutely worth considering. It’s practical, reliable, and surprisingly manageable once you get the hang of it.

Worked perfectly for R16 tires, will try them on R19 tires and R21 in the future to see if it still works, though I'm sure it will as it is a push down type of tire changer

A tool that works well
