The support of it is kind of flimsy at first being that it is air compressed for better transportation to wherever you are on this blue marble . I however didn’t necessarily have to wait the 48 hours as I was reading the reviews and took advice from a dear reviewer who had the brightest idea to fluff it then place it in the dryer for 10 minutes (I did a little over 10 as I was preoccupied at the time and forgot lol but it’s still fine ) I noticed it says not to machine wash or dry , I feel because of its size but ultimately my dryer is completely fine , would I do it again ? Maybe not . I have a steam cleaner which I’d probably use on it before machine washing it , then allow it to air dry as I live in a very hot climate area . Needless to say this idea worked like a charm and it’s fully fluffed out and functional . If you find yourself finding difficulty with it expanding back to its original shape I do highly suggest this method before initiating a return , of course if it doesn’t then by all means it’s your choice to do so . (FYI when fluffing it takes a bit of elbow grease so don’t get discouraged if it initially doesn’t expand , like I mentioned seriously get in there and press it down from the top then align it with the wall and press its legs into itself - - then put it in the dryer , and allow it to sit for 48 additional hours if you would like )

Exactly what it says on the tin, this is a nice and firm as well as reasonably sized seat. I did not have any issues with the headrest coming off on its own, so long as secured with all 4 buttons it should just stay put. Surprisingly easy to surface clean and can I just say? Thank God for pockets! That is such a wonderful design feature. No discernable scent and it is fairly weighty (I'd estimate about 15 lbs) All in all, it's a substantial seat and we'll worth the money, the materials are high quality and I see no weaknesses in the stitching or fabric.

Is great for leaning up against, as its thickness and structure prevent it from sagging or tipping over. Main problem I have is that its not the softest and doesn't have much give. I either find myself sitting up totally in it, or using the rolled up pillow it comes with as a head pillow as I lean on it. I don't get what the leather like decoration is for, but overall a good TV pillow.

Bought this to use in bed. Said it needed 48 hours to expand. Picture provided is 6 day later. It's still flat and looks nothing like the advertisement. Will be returning and hopefully nobody else wastes their money on this.
