I'm a long time Malibu C customer...first purchased Swimmer's Wellness at the YMCA in the late 80's/early 90's when my daughter was taking swim lessons and her hair was changing colors from the chlorine and getting damaged. It reversed the bad effects, and I have continued using this brand since then. Thank goodness it is being sold on the net and Amazon! I have used Swimmer's Wellness, Hard Water Wellness, Goo Gone, and now, Scalp Wellness. I love them all! All have left my hair feeling clean, no build up, and they are non-drying. I didn't know about the Scalp Wellness and had been looking for something...anything that could treat my itchy scalp. I have dyed my hair myself for years using salon dyes. Last year, I developed an itchy scalp and when I applied the dye, I could feel a sensation...kind of itchy burning. I was thinking that possibly I would need to stop dying my hair. After finding the Malibu C Scalp Wellness Shampoo and Conditioner and reading some reviews on Amazon, I decided to try it, and also got a packet of the Malibu C Pre Color Treatment. All I can say is that it has worked like magic! I used the shampoo right away. The scalp itch went away within a week! Then used the Malibu C Pre Color Treatment as directed. I did not get any burning or itching with the next hair color treatment I did! I've been using this shampoo/conditioner combo for three weeks now, and I'm just elated with the results! Malibu C has great products in their line!

I've struggled with scalp issues my entire life... dandruff and folliculitus. I have used prescription shampoos, salon products, apple cider vinegar rinses, Melaleuca oil... while they all seemed to decrease the problems, they never FIXED it. I wash my hair every other day, and by the second day, my scalp would always be extremely itchy. Not anymore! I've been using this set for three weeks now, and my scalp issues are non-existant. GONE. And I can even hold out for three-day blowouts too, with the help of dry shampoo. How I use it: Apply shampoo to fingertips so I can get it closer to my scalp, then once it's spread through my scalp, I start massaging it to the ends. (I have long hair). No need to repeat after rinsing. I move on to the conditioner, and apply it the same way (close to the scalp), then I use a shower comb to work it to the ends. For extra moisturizing, I'll work regular conditioner through the middle of my strands to the ends, and let it sit for about five minutes before rinsing. My hair always feels silky soft after it dries, very healthy. I did try the weekly packet the first time I used this set. I don't know what it's supposed to do, but my hair felt, for lack of a better word, gunky after it dried. So I haven't used it since. I might give it another go sometime, and if there's improvement, I'll edit my review. In the meantime, I don't plan on purchasing this trio again, but I'll buy the shampoo and conditioner separately. Fan for life!

I have suffered from an itchy, dry scalp for years, and tried many different shampoos with no relief. After using the shampoo and conditioner once my scalp feels 90% better. There are still a few spots that are extremely dry, but hopefully after using a few more times along with the scrub it will improve even more. As a bonus to the relief it made my hair very soft and shiny, and it smells great! The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because I've only used it ONCE, so that may change after a few more uses, especially if the rest of the dry spots go away.

I have suffered from an itchy scalp for years. I try to wash it every other to every third day. The dandruff and oil is worse than it ever has been so I decided to try Malibu Scalp. The shampoo arrived leaking in the package with a loose lid. Received all items. Just used all three steps (shampoo, conditioner and packet) for the first time. The shampoo and conditioner didn’t bother my scalp; however, the packet made my scalp itch and burn terribly plus my hair shed worse than it normally does. Hair feels and smells good. Will see how my scalp feels the next few days. Not sure what to think.

I live in an area with very hard water. This collection makes a noticeable difference in the amount of mineral buildup and flaking I experience. I use it about every third wash. Would definitely recommend to anyone experiencing the same issue! I have medium thickness, curly brown hair
