My partner needing a nice-looking raincoat, and I thought this one looked pretty handsome so I ordered it for him. Looking back, I probably would order the khaki color instead as I was not prepared for how military-like the green would look, but in terms of functionality it's quite nice! We sized up to a large to accommodate bulky clothing underneath and to get a good sleeve length, and that was a good decision as I think the sleeves would have been too short otherwise. Just something to consider if you are on the taller side. One other super minor thing I noticed was that the piping detail was much more pronounced in person than I expected. Again, just a preference thing but if that's important to you just be aware. The fabric is definitely more what you would call water-resistant instead of water-repellant, so the jacket is made more for wind-breaking and light rain showers, not quite sufficient for a downpour. It has plenty of pockets and pairs really well with cozy sweaters, either jeans or business attire, and ankle boots. I think overall it's a solid choice for anyone who wants a lightweight, professional looking coat that works great for those chillier spring/fall days. ... show more
