    • Wrong description
This is just a standard outlet charger. Not a car charger. It even came in a car charger case which is weird.

    • First one worked directly from battery, but not plugged in my car. The second works either way
Not sure what was wrong with the first unit, but after it indicated all my batteries are bad when plugged in the car and same batteries were fine when plugged in directly into a 12 volt wired to the battery - I sent it back for replacement. The second unit worked perfectly either way.

Makita quality! Out in the pasture, out in the field, ... anywhere there is not an easily accessible 110 outlet - THIS is the unit to have to keep the Makita batteries running. LOVE IT!
