  • Thinner, Accurate, Better and Faster than Freud Diablo
Size: 1-Pc
Makita Max Efficiency 24T Framing/Ripping 7-1/4" Circular Saw Blade- this Saw blade is a Bang for the Buck! Take a look at the Pictures of the Cuts on Lumber and you'll notice that you're not gonna need a Finish Blade to achieve a finish and smooth cuts like that! this Makita saw blade can do it! I was surprised! You'll see the comparison between the previous blade that I was using the Freud Diablo 60T Ultra Fine Finish Circular Saw blade and the 24T Framing Blade by Makita and I can't believe This Makita saw blade can achieve a fine finish cut better than Freud Diablo 60T blade IF you cut your material really slow the blade can cut lesser tear outs and really smooth and finer cuts without having the need to switch for 40T or 60T Finish Circular Saw blades. This blade is Accurate! No Vibration, No Noise all I hear is the motor and the gear of the Saw and it's very precise tracking great for Rip Cuts too. Either Crosscuts, Rip Cuts, Bevel Cuts or Miter Cuts, Hardwood, Softwood, LVL/Beams, Pressure Treated Lumbers, Plywoods and OSB's all of them you can get very smooth cuts. I highly recommend this Makita Max Efficiency 24T ATAFR 7-1/4" Circular Saw Blade. Keep in mind this blade is only good for Clean Wood. But for Demolition? You might wanna use other saw blades that can cut thru nails and screws because this Makita ultra thin blade will fail. And that is the downside in this design. But for Cutting Clean Woods/Lumbers? This makita saw blade is Superior than Freud Diablo. *Update Review: 02/25/2023 I did a test comparison between the Makita Max Efficiency ATAF-R Ultra Thin Kerf blade VERSUS The Dewalt's Elite Series 40T Finish circular saw blade and I purchased the DeWalt blade last week and I put the blade on my circular saw to run some test cuts it is brand new. My old Makita blade is 2 months old, you'll see the photo above where the Dewalt's Elite Series finish blade is not that smooth and clean as the blade that I'm using The Makita. I thought it will do much better than the Makita blade but it turns out to be that the Makita Max Efficiency blade cuts much cleaner and smoother than the DeWalt. Y'all gotta get this Makita Max Efficiency ATAF-R Ultra Thin Kerf Circular Saw blade, I highly recommend it!!! ... show more

  • Butter makes everything better!
Size: 3-Pc
I purchased a new makita hypiod saw, and retired my 40 year old one. It came with one of these blades. It cut through anything like butter! Unfortunately I cut through some nails and ruined the blade. So sad! I put on a new different brand blade, and found myself having to push my saw through the cuts. Found the 3 pack makitas on Amazon, and got 6 blades. The difference is unreal, don't run out, I'll be back. ... show more

  • Not as sharp as I expected
Size: 3-Pc
Just an old DIYer with small projects. Swapped out an old (probably 10 yrs old) for these new Makitas. I was expecting a knife through butter. NOT AT ALL! The cut was clean but otherwise seemed like a dull blade. Took a lot of effort to push through a treated, 2x6. Won't be buying anymore.
