I have never been the person to purchase furniture online. I have learned that I am very picky about the way it looks and functions. With that being said- I would recommend this vanity. For the price point, it’s an awesome deal. For functionality and build- again an awesome deal. I put it together in one stress free evening- and found that the video they show is very accurate. Especially with the drawers and putting the brackets on. I would give them a 5 on ease of putting it together, a 5 for structure and durability. What I don’t like- is the raw cut around the top mirror and the knobs. The knobs are really cheap- but, I fancied them up with some rhinestones. I wish I would have spray painted the top of the vanity before putting it on- as you know, make up dust can create a mess, and wiping off that dust would be easier if it had a satin or some gloss to it. I would give them a 3 for knobs, and wooden cut out on top of the vanity. I did have to contact the company for some damage to the vanity/ and they were helpful, stayed in the loop, and made it right. Communication was easy, and response time was quick. I would give them a 5 on customer service. I would also like to mention the area for the chair. I ordered a new chair to fit the area, but it is roomy. I am 5’2”, and have a small ottoman under it. I would also give this space 5. Last mention is the mirror brightness. At first I was disappointed, I thought the light was a bit dim. However, that’s not the case. It is more of a light enablement, and I get compliments often on my make up, so, it works very well! ... show more

This unit was shipped in two parts which I am happy about since the weight was significant for each box. Assembly was easy and the instructions were clear. Unit is pretty sturdy and has a nice soils stance. My only isssue is the LED brightness around the mirror. The light is not bright enough for the task it is designed for. In addtion the led has a burn out look in one corner of the mirror, see image attached. Return process us easy but who is going to taken it apart to ship it out back. Remember earlier I reference the weight of the box. If they can jusy send out the replacement part it would be so much more better. ... show more

Just started opening. Knew from the start it would be a long process pulled everything out like in instructions said and organized it. Unfortunately when I got to the mirror it was shattered. Everything else seams sturdy I will put it all together and hopefully I can get a replacement mirror.

The vanity was shipped with a number of missing items that we discovered after opening the box and laying everything out. There were a lot of pieces and it looked difficult to assemble, and impossible to assemble because of the missing pieces. The worst experience trying to put everything back in the box, taping it shut and getting someone to pick it back up. We were told to haul this heavy box to a UPS store ourselves. I told them it was too heavy and I needed them to pick it up. That was 2 weeks ago and it’s still sitting on my front porch!!! ... show more

Cheaply and poorly made but for the cost of shipping we will make do until we replace. Multiple shelves were damaged, two drawers don’t fit properly…we will be reaching out to the manufacturer for hopeful replacements of two broken shelves and drawers but if your looking for something well built that will last this is not it. ... show more
