I had a set of strainers that I've used for the last few decades, but I wanted to update with a few features (silicone handles, etc.) that my old strainers didn't have. These all meet my needs, although they are a little light; the handles are thin but sturdy. Hopefully, these will serve me for the next decade or two!

I pick these up for sifting, I haven't used them for sifting yet. I did drain liquid out of my Ninja Foodi using the biggest strainer. Worked great.

Rinsing quinoa to rid the seeds of saponins was difficult with an ordinary mesh screen. These are what's needed to get the job done. It takes several soaking and rinsings with hot water to clean quinoa properly. No problem now.
