I am so in love with these Makartt Nail Art Foil Transfers. They are all so gorgeous. Use the Makartt Nail Art Foil Glue Gel for Foil Stickers Nail Transfers https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QRSGGJF/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Put it on and nuke for 1 minute in LED. I do NOT cut strips off, I just position the foil transfer where I want it on my nail and rub it on. You will see the foil transfer come off onto your nail and some will stick just lift it off, easy peasy. These are so pretty. The only thing I wish I would've tested them out before doing an overlay. They smudged out, but other than that they work perfect over polygel and regular gel top coat.

If you follow the directions, will give beautiful long lasting nails. Glue included. I suggest rubbing with a tissue or a cloth to completely transfer the item. Cuticle stick suggested in instruction is a bit difficult
