I got this for my grandson's and it was hard at first trying to put it together. But then when I watched the video with my sister that was provided. It was easy since it didn't come with instructions on how to put it together. Also it came in two separate boxes a day from each other and the stakes was not included in the package to hold it down in place, had to buy separate. My grandson's are having fun jumping around on it. As you can see they didn't even let me finish setting it up I had to wait until they left🤣. A good investment. ... show more

    • Excellent Trampouline - Highly Recommended.
This is an EXCELLENT purchase, and my kids love it. The trampoline is really quite easy to put together and is very well made. I would recommend this purchase to anybody, and it is very much worth having. A 16-foot circular trampoline for 400 dollars and some change?? For the money, you just can't beat it! We are VERY satisfied. Any product however, has at least some room for criticism, so here are my criticisms about this product: 1) Although the legs appear to be symmetrical, the instructions don't tell you that it's important to face the legs in the correct direction or else the screw holes won't line up correctly. Even so, it's easy enough to just turn the legs around the correct way and then the screw holes line up just fine. 2) Again regarding the instructions, when I got to the step of installing the rods that hold up the safety net to the legs of the trampoline, the instructions were not very clear on where and how they were to be affixed to the rest of the trampoline.. Looking at the legs (and not the instructions) makes it clear enough though that you have two holes in each leg that line up with two holes in each safety net rod, and that you have to put the plastic stand-offs between the legs and the rods, pass the bolt through the rod, the stand-off and then the leg, place a washer on the back, and then install the nut. There isn't a great deal of bolt thread for the nut to screw onto, but I didn't find any that were too short to be used. In the end, all parts supplied were of adequate size and the product is strong and sturdy when everything is installed properly and tightened up as it should be. 3) Also the spring installation tool that comes with it is weak and it broke (snapped in half) when I was installing the springs, so I had to fashion another installation tool using some metal rod that I happened to have laying around my garage and a torch to heat it up with and to bend the rod into something adequate to grab hold of the springs. Once I did that, I was able to get the springs installed just fine. Would I recommend this product?? ABSOLUTELY! ... show more

    • Cannot Get Replacement Parts!
Full disclosure. I have never owned a trampoline before purchasing this one. We have now owned the trampoline for a year. It took some time to assemble it so prepare yourself to spend atleast a couple hours doing so. The trampoline seems fairly durable however just recently we had 2 poles holding up the net snap at the screws. We have reached out to the manufacturer 2 times now and have not received any response. We have also attempted to reach out to other trampoline parts companies to find these poles and we have not received any calls back or responses. We thought for sure Amazon or a trampoline parts company would have replacements however the replacement poles we have found are not similar to what we have??? We are at a lose of what to do besides retro-fitting our own poles since my husband is fairly handy and has the tools to cut and drill metal. Other then that all seems to be good with the trampoline. However if I were to have known I'd have such difficulties getting replacement parts I would have never ordered this trampoline. ... show more
