I noticed that it was mentioned “Frequently returned due to tight fit”. I didn’t let that deter me. I’m approx. 5’10” at 195 lbs. Normally, I would wear a 14L or 16L (xl) in bottoms depending on if they are a loose or tight fit. I wanted some support in the mid section & back, but not too suffocating. I sized up to a xxl & was not disappointed. I bought the in both colors & it fit perfectly right below to bra. I wore it all day. No riding up or rolling down. When I attempted to purchase another black one, the price went from $15.39 to $25.99. I‘ll wait for a sale.

I have bought several different brands of shapewear over the years, none of which I've worn more than once. I've never found a shapewear that could tuck my tummy in and not be tremendously uncomfortable. I just couldn't justify forking over big dollars for some of the other name brand pieces which might not work. So, after reading some of the reviews and scouring the internet for the best budget friendly shapeware, I decided I'd try the Maidenform Flexees. I'm quite certain if my husband had been watching me attempt to get into these briefs he would've ran crying - in laughter! I ordered a large because that's the size I normally wear (or a 12/14). I went to put them on and realized the name, Flexees, doesn't really do justice. Maybe brief/panty of steel would be better. I fought, wriggled, and wiggled until I finally had the garment pulled up and my post11-yr-old baby belly was finally the smoothest I'd seen in ages. I decided to try on my favorite jeans, which I had found to be fitting a little snug since the holiday, was actually loose. I'd say the Maidenform brief shrunk my gut by almost a dress size. That was pretty impressive in my opinion. The band of the briefs did no roll down as I found with other styles/brands. The legs were not too tight or uncomfortable. What I did not like was the sensation around my upper abdomen though. I don't like the feeling of anything pressing too tightly just below my rib cage. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to tolerate wearing the briefs for long because they felt so uncomfortable. The event came along, and I knew I'd be in these briefs for at least 6 hours, if not longer. I actually took an extra pair of panties along in my purse just in case I couldn't tolerate the shapewear. To my surprise, the longer I wore them, the better they felt; I ended up in them for about 8 hours. Taking them off was about as funny as putting them on - it took some effort - but donning them is definitely the hardest, however, it was worth the effort. I've worn these briefs several times now - I wash them in warm water and hang them to dry. If you've been searching for a budget-friendly shapewear which will not roll down, bind your legs, and keeps your belly tucked in, look no further! These are amazing - and I never thought I'd say that about an undergarment that looks like something I would've found in my grandmother's unmentionable drawer.

These are not anti-roll, and if you think hiking them up higher will fix it, you're absolutely wrong because they cut at the pantyline when you do that. They create a great smooth form and hold you in around the middle, but they roll from the top allllll daaaayyyy looooong, and if they get too low around the middle they hurt! Super annoying. If you're a skinny-Minnie with no fat rolls, these will probably work well. If, like me, you're buying this product to diminish unsightly belly fat, I suggest looking elsewhere.

I've been losing and gaining weight my entire life so I'm no stranger to shapewear. I ordered an XXL bc I didn't want something that was too tight. I usually take a L and an XL on somethings. If you want it to fit like mine I would order a size larger than what you wear. This doesn't roll down. It has a piece of rubber ( probably should call it something else) around the top to help it stay up. It's not so tight that I'm uncomfortable but it gives me a smooth look. That's exactly what I wanted.It also makes me look somewhat slimmer. I bought it bc of the stomach fat you have that gets worse when you sit down and kinda turns into a couple of rolls. I was tired of not wearing knits or any type of tight fitting shirts. This gives me a lovely smooth appearance and not once have I had to tug the top bc it's falling down. Shapewear that falls down sucks and I've NEVER had an issue with these. This is my only complaint. I bought what I thought was the exact product a year ago. I can't remember if it was from Walmart, Target, or somewhere else. In the front where your legs bend they have mesh so there's no risk of pinching. If these had mesh I would have ordered another XL and maybe even a L. I'm not sure if they changed the design or if there's one with mesh at the legs floating around. If you aren't sure buy the thing and start wearing form fitting shirts again
