Why choose this, or any, neodymium magnet? Neodymium (Nd) is a reactive lanthanide metal known for producing the strongest permanent magnets commercially available. They have a higher magnetic strength when compared to nonAlnico and ferrite magnets . And here you thought this was just one more boring review. These are not simple refrigerator magnets, although they would work on the fridge and in hobbies and crafts. I use mine when building, fetching a needle after I've dropped it, attaching a note on the oven with "time started" info, etc. The size variety offered makes my life so much easier. I recommend these magnets offered by Caturledas. It's money well spent.

I have loved using these magnets for my 3d prints and creating custom items. Like Masks, deck boxes, and etc. The magnet strength does its job, it isn't the strongest but it definitely does its job. I like how they're are a variety of sizes for different jobs/tasks. Overall, it has enough power to connect items together and hold them in place. It is also pretty satisfying and fun to use when finding the correct sizes of magnets to use for your creations. I have not been able to break one of these magnets and they seem very durable.

These are some of the WEAKEST rare earth Neodymium magnets I have ever had the misfortune to purchase. The largest of these magnets are so weak they couldn't hold themselves up. The are not easy to use because of their size and many of them are too small for use in any application.

These magnets are no joke. They could probably hold up my existential dread along with a stack of papers. The strength is legit. That said, one of them snapped almost immediately, which felt a little dramatic. I barely introduced it to metal before it decided its journey was complete. Also, the “variety set” arrived loose in a tiny plastic box like they’d just escaped from magnet prison. The super small ones were even loose freely, which made opening the container feel like diffusing a tiny, mildly annoying puzzle. Overall: very strong, mostly functional, slightly chaotic. Three stars for power. Minus two for emotional fragility and packaging anarchy.
