This stays on the laptop well, and the angles of viewing it blocks are impressive. I was standing a few degrees off center and could barely make out anything on the screen. Love the magnetic piece, it stays in place well. Highly recommended.

Overall, I like it very much. It cuts glare on its matte side. And it provides more privacy on the glossy side. There is a single magnetic strip on one side. I assume that is to save from being overly thick. As noted on the packaging, the laptop mostly closes. It closes enough to sleep and turn off the monitor. The bottom tends to flare out a touch. It does come with double-sided tape, but I prefer to not use anything sticky on my monitor. I have used similar privacy screens before. And it will adapt to being stuck on the screen and lift less over time. I also wipe the screen as clean as possible (both screen and monitor) and the put them on. And wipe it smooth to get the film to stick better. I think it’s just the energy between the monitor and screen that slightly magnetizes or static clings. I don’t use the tape. I take my privacy screen off to share the monitor to a group. I use it to reduce glare in a bright space. And I use it for privacy in public spaces. So, I like that it’s removable. And I like the plastic file holder that fits the screen when not in use! Nice detail! I have always found it tricky to store it when not using. Feedback: It might be worthwhile to add a slightly weighted corner structure to the bottoms of the protector to help keep the screen flat against the monitor. Users would like prefer the freedom to remove and replace as needed. And double-sided tape attracts dirt, and makes the screen icky. Also: New monitor settings allow us to see a warmer tone color palette in the evenings, but this one is just neutral. Perhaps a choice of warm, neutral or cool tone screens would be nice. As long as they all do the anti-glare, and privacy jobs! I would recommend this.

I bought this screen when I was going to a conference so that I could do work on my computer without everybody seeing what I was working on. It was surprisingly easy to install, and the privacy screen actually works quite well. I have had no issues with the adhesions or closing my laptop. I needed to take it off to wipe my screen and it was simple to pop off and back on again. Worth every penny!

"Anti-glare" is a bit of a joke. If there's ANY sunlight behind you, the whole screen just gets totally washed out. Also, I wish I had known before purchasing - the "magnetic" adhesion only half-works, and they include these really unsightly double-sided adhesive strips to literally "glue" the screen protector to your screen. It's just such a weird, cheap-looking design. If you don't use the adhesives, the screen protector doesn't stay on the screen when you open and close your laptop. Really bad product for $30.
