This is supposed to lock or at least maintain said drawer or cabinet closed, but doesn’t even stay latched to even lock properly in the first place. Secondly while it has a guiding tool to make the installation “easier” it really doesn’t do much help either. Overall summary, Not in use and wasted money.

These work, technically, if you don’t have a determined toddler that yanks on doors to get them open with all of their strength then I'm sure they are fantastic but they didn't work for us. Even after cleaning the surface and installing they still ended up popping off. Some of them didn’t align with the stencil either. Our biggest issue was if you have cabinet doors that has some give, a groove or that can be pushed down it won't work. Our son discovered he could push down on the top of the door and then pull it open because the latch would no longer line up with the part that's supposed to stop it. Over all good quality though!

Love, love, love this lock. It is kid proof for sure and works great. My kids have found out all the other child locks but not this one. I only wish it came with more then 1 key.

I like the magnet ones because with the screw ones.. the child could still smash their fingers because the door will still open about an inch. With these magnet ones, the children cannot even pull the door open!! Best child safety item I've ever bought! Most definitely recommend!!

I bought this product a while ago to keep my kitten out of my cabinet. I followed the instructions for installation and the product did not work. Since I bought this product a while ago "my return window has closed" so now I am left with a $12 product that does not work. In addition, if it did work you need a "key" to unlock the cabinet every time you want to open it which is extremely inconvenient. Don't waste your money!!!
