Exactly what I was looking for, it’s an incandescent flashlight that isn’t offensively bright. I need it for middle of the night diaper changes. I co-sleep with our toddler also and I don’t want to disrupt anyone’s melatonin production with LED lighting while checking on the baby. Also nice for reading a book in the dark at bedtime without hurting our eyes. It’s not super bright so if brightness is what you’re looking for this isn’t the product for you. This is a great device, but they do tend to have a shorter lifespan compared to their bigger and thicker brethren. I recommend this device.
