The kennel it’s self was great and sturdy. The delivery was a mess. First packages came in two different boxes two different days which was stated and gone but once we received the full delivery it was missing way to many pieces and the cover. Let the vendor know and they offered to resend the right box out with the cover. Days later I get the box and while it was complete to put up the kennel the cover was still missing. At this point I was over it and just went and got out an old tarp to use and just be done. I didn’t feel like waiting another week and go back and forth with emails and delivery.

This has to be one of the best kennels for mid and smaller dogs. My wife and I have 16 dogs. Some however are really good escape artist. Not with this product. Also thank you so much for the lighting fast delivery some times 2 weeks faster than what it said. Thank you for a great product 👍 👌 👍

I love this kennel for my 2 dogs. Gives them plenty of room to play, but when it's time to clean up their mess, you have to duck under the bar to get into the Kennel. It's a tight opening to get in and out of so I had to cut the bar that goes a cross the door way so I can get in and out with ease. Other than that I love the product

Order 2 of these kennels got them late. When received no hardware were in either kennel. Have been trying to contact them to get it fixed an get parts or get my money back an they won't have it. I have tried contacting them to speak on phone an they say they can't because there moving the warehouse. So needless to say out $600 an they will not return the money. The product is cheap an junk!!! I do not recommend anyone go threw the same thing jus save your self an the Hassel to purchase of better product an quality from a different seller.

It is really sturdy but I had to have help with assembly as it had to have the holes drilled in to get it put together... but once it's done it works great hurt nit how my bug dog that tracks needed it...

This product was not good, wasn't manufactured well and came with poor intructions for assembly. One of the boxes was damaged upon receipt. I should have opened it and checked it but I didn't have time. I finally had a neighbor come help assemble it for me a few days ago. He found items loose in the box so screws were missing. About 8 of the poles didn't have the holes in them they were supposed to have. He had to drill the holes himself to make it work. It is flemsy so he had to reinforce it with extra zip ties. There's are black. His are white. Finally the section for the door is to small and cut wrong. It doesn't even fit. Thanks to his skill, he will make it work but I have to buy a peice of wood so he can make a door for it!

We needed this product to put a medium size dog in and we’ve had to reinforce it with her own wire and stronger ties because our dog bent the cheap aluminum poles and tore through the cheap chicken wire that was around it. Never again will I buy a product from this company. The description given is completely misleading. I gave this one star because it would not let me complete my review without giving a star, as far as I’m concerned none should’ve been given.
