They have just the right amount of stretch, so I feel like I can move freely whether I'm hiking, skiing, or just running errands on a cold day. Waterproof & Windproof: I live in an area that gets a lot of rain and snow, and these pants handle both with ease. Winters in Chicago can be frigid, especially downtown. I wore these the other day when I was outside all day downtown. My legs were nice and toasty. They blocked out the extreme cold and harsh wind off the lake. If I had on better shoes I would’ve been 100% warm. They were comfortable to walk in, sit in and move around in. They sound a little like track pants at first when you walk but it lessens as you break them in. I do appreciate the functional pockets with waterproof zippers. My phone fit perfectly in them without bulking up the pants. They’re a little long on me (my inseam is about 26”) but with boots they should be fine.

I’m so impressed with these pants! I bought them because I like to walk in the winter and go on a few hiking trips in early spring. For the record I’m 5’5” and weigh 115. The small size fit perfectly: waist, hips, legs, length - it’s like a tailor made them just for me. The outer layer is slick & sturdy, but not stiff. The zippered pockets are deep and close smoothly. And the lining! Heavenly! Soft, warm…. Honestly, I love them so much I’ve think I’ll buy a second pair. They’ll be great for early spring and late fall golf, too. Oh - the hot pink color is just that: HOT!!

I purchased these softshell pants in white previously and liked them so much that I decided to order another pair in a different color. The fit is great (true to the sizing chart), the material is warm and soft, and they’re definitely up to the task for cold-weather activities. The fleece lining keeps you cozy, and the fabric does a great job blocking wind and light snow. Plus, the color was just as pictured — very flattering. Unfortunately, this second pair arrived too late for the trip I intended to use them on, which was really disappointing. That said, I decided to keep them anyway because the quality is there and I know I’ll get use out of them in the future. If you’re looking for warm, comfortable, and functional outdoor pants, these are a solid pick — just be sure to order with extra time if you need them for a specific event or trip.

I work at a small airport in Alaska. I needed some all weather pants that would keep me warm and dry outside, yet would not be puffy, too hot or constraining when I was working inside. These fit that bill perfectly! I do A LOT of lifting, bending, twisting and climbing around airplanes all day. These did not come unbuckled, slip down, or prevent movement at all. They have a thin fleece lining, and I just wear my wool leggings under them. I stay toasty and dry all day, and never feel over dressed, or too hot when I have to be inside. I would say the fit runs maybe a little small. I usually wear a 6-8, and I ordered a large in anticipation of layering. They fit perfectly. The exterior of these pants seems tough. It is water resistant, and keeps the wind out. I have shoveled snow in them all day and remained dry. There are pleats around the knees to allow room for bending, and the fastener on the front stays fastened. (See photos) I ordered a couple of more pairs in other colors, as I can tell these will be my “go to” pants this winter. They say not to tumble dry, so I hang them up. But I have cheated and put them in the dryer on a low setting when they were almost dry. Extremely happy with my purchase!
