I've had this jacked for a little over a month now and I must say it's very comfortable and warm. I think its a perfect snow jacket however it did have a few drawbacks. 1. I ordered a small and I found that it was still a bit big for me. (the length of the arms and length of the jacket mostly, but even when the jacket was zipped up, it felt big on my small frame.) 2. The jacket was extremely bulky. Compared to my other snow jackets, this felt really bulky on me and i didn't like that. If you are OK with the two things above, then this jacket is perfect for you. I'm still giving it a 4/5 stars because i think despite its drawbacks, it's still a really awesome jacket.

We live in an area with below 0 temps. I have been wearing this coat all winter with no issues. It stays warm, it is very comfortable, and the fit was the expected size for me. I ended up going 1 size larger than normal and it runs slightly larger than my other coats, but I also tend to wear heavier clothes which makes up the difference. The biggest problem I have with this coat is more of an annoyance than anything. The zipper is on the wrong side. I am a male and all of my life every coat I have bought the zipper is on the right side, this is on the left side. The coat still works great though.

It was a gift for my college age son. He needed a coat that would protect him from the rain and keep him warm but not too hot which was what this coat said it would do. Not true. He could not make it a block in the pouring rain without having to pull the coat off and have to use it as an umbrella. He ended up coming in the house soaking wet and I had to buy him another coat a week later from Columbia S.W.. Made out of gortex. So what I did with this coat was I cut out the lining and I sewed in a thinner but sturdy velour lining+extra velcro and zippered pockets. Now he is much happier w/ 2 perfect coats.

I spent a lot of time comparing different jackets. I wanted something in the 160-220 price range but I had to try this after reading the reviews. Wow. This jacket is QUALITY. It feels like a 120-160$ jacket. It works great. The hood is great, and fits very snug which will be great with a facemask and or hat to block rain and wind. Great material. Great zippers. Great fit, true to size. The lining on the inside is very comfortable and warm. I'm wearing it in my house which is about 60 degrees without a shirt and as soon as I put on this jacket, I can't feel any cold. Instantly. I have no doubt it will keep me comfortable down to 30 degrees which is why I bought it. I purchased this for 66 dollars. It's worth atleast twice that much, trust me.

In my younger years, when I had less money, I would have spent at least $300 (and up to $500) on a ski jacket. After a 13 year break from skiing, I was invited to Heavenly Valley and I'd tossed all my old ski garb. I didn't want to spend $1500 or more to don new ski clothes, so I checked out what was available on Amazon. I skied 3 days. Day 1: Sunny and pleasant (about 30°), and the jacket was perfect. Day 2: Snowing, with about 8-12" at the top of the mountain, and the jacket was perfect. Day 3: Sunny, but cold (about 15° with moderate wind), and the jacket was perfect. Very happy with my purchase and glad that I didn't overspend for a name brand.
