    • Good value for a 10" android tablet.
I have had 7" tablets in past so this was a step-up to a bigger screen. Screen quality is very good, though I would not describe as vibrant. May try some other display settings as I suspect this can be adjusted. Easy to set up, but the instructions are rather sparse so it helps to have prior experience with setting up android or to have a tech-savvy friend who can help. The micro SD card slot cover is a little tricky to open as noted in prior reviews but the video is very helpful. It is helpful to note that the SD card after setup is called "android" rather than "micro SD card" in the settings/storage. The unit seems fast enough for most uses. With adequate WiFi speed streaming video and movies do not lag. Cameras are satisfactory both front and back - I however use a dedicated camera for photo quality rather than the tablet (or phone for that matter) but it will suffice for most uses including video chat, etc. As with most tablets it is good to purchase a cover and screen protector before much use. Most tablets in this size and with these capabilities are priced north of $300, so the MAGCH M210 is certainly a bargain. People have said in prior reviews that the warranty is difficult, but if you send an email to the address on the card enclosed with the tablet, customer service can provide you with the required information so it is really pretty easy. Hard to beat a lifetime unlimited warranty so you need to meet the deadline. All in all I am very happy with this tablet and Android 11 as the operating system, and it is definitely an improvement over the brand name 7" units I have owned previously. ... show more

I gave this 4 stars because I'm having a blast with it. Battery life was way more than I had before. Still setting up my apps, so I'm leaving the film on the screen. One suggestion for older people, write down your screen lock pin immediatly. My last one was four digets, but this one you have to use a character or letter with. Locked mine the first night and thought I was screwed. Woke up at dawn with the pin in my head. Success! I do have to buy a ring for the back because it is slippery. Edit: Okay, I'm putting this update for my previous review up top so that people will see it first. After talking to Amazon's customer service they got me in touch with the right people and I was able to get my technical difficulties along with my warranty issue taken care of. As far as the SD card cover after fiddling with it a bit I got it to fit correctly. On the subject of battery life it's quite possible that when I first received this tablet I was running too many apps at once along with my 10 foot USB cord being bad. All of that said, I'm bumping this product up from my previous three stars to five stars because it has more than exceeded my expectations considering the $139.99 asking price. Original Review: Overall I think it works great for the price. The screen is sharp and clear and the build is satisfactory except for the SD card cover, it doesn't seem to fit very well. On the down side, like I said in the title the provided email address does not seem to exist for starters, and the battery life seems to be a bit less than advertised. It also has some kind of software glitch that is preventing me from checking my app info. I get a message that reads "Settings keeps stopping" or the screen goes black for just a second. It doesn't look like it is interfering with the tablets operation but I would like to know if I can resolve the issue. I will be contacting Amazon customer service To see if they can help, If anything changes I will update this review. ... show more

    • Fast access to the internet
I previously purchased another Tablet by a different company. It was terrible. I could not connect to the internet. I sent that one back to Amazon for a refund. I am very happy I purchased the Magch 10" Tablet. The Tablet arrived in 2 days. In minutes I was able to connect to the internet and download all my apps. because Google Play Store came pre-installed on Tablet. The Magch Tablet came with 5g wi-fi and it works beautifully. The pre-installed Android 11 system is fast. It has great color and I am able to stream all my TV & movies without it buffering. The sound is great and I easily set up my Bluetooth earbuds to my tablet. I can now video chat easily with my son, who lives outside of the United States. I was also able to change some of the settings easily to compensate for my poor eyesight. It has a good battery life and charges quickly. The tablet did not come with a lot of bloatware like some other tablets. I was very impressed with their customer support. I immediately sent an email to support.us@imagch.com with information of my purchase through Amazon and received confirmation of my lifetime warranty in one day. I got this about 8 months ago. I kinda wish i had just spent the extra money on a Samsung. The screen has two cracks in it and they appear to be getting worse every time i use it-see pic. Battery life is a big "meh" and the usb charging port is very loose and wobbly. Also, the ergonomics of the buttons could be better...i suppose they are okay for landscape mode, but being in the upper left doesn't work well with my right-handedness.     • Decent table for the price, but "Settings" keeps crashing.
Received two of these today. Any time we go to the "app info" section in Settings, for any application, Settings crashes. I've updated everything, uninstalled said updates... did a factory reset. It does this out of the box. Probably going to return as a result of this cuz it will bug me. I've never had a device, even cheap Chinese ones, that don't fully function even on a factory reset. Also one of the devices, although shrinkwrapped, seemed to have some kind of dirt on the box that holds the charger and cable. Otherwise, it's very responsive with a honestly beautiful display and great value. On paper the specs are great, and it has Android 11. For typical movie/music and daily use, it's silky. Kinda heavy though, and the one case I could find that is supposed to work for it, flat out sucks. While I appreciate the value here, the overall experience is lacking for me when I know for the same price I can find a tablet that has a working Settings app. ... show more
