This bed is exactly what I was looking for, a lot of under bed space for storage, and it doesn’t have the ugly middle legs on the sides. I was debating on getting this bed due to the “ frequently returned” warning from Amazon, but decided to purchase it just to see the quality. My boyfriend and I have this bed for 1 month now, it is actually pretty good, very stable, and no squeaky noise. They also updated the design, so only one side of the legs are rounded, the other side is flat with holes for mounting the headboard. The welding spots don’t look great, but that’s expected for the price, and you won’t see them after fully assembled. Other than that, I’m very happy with the bed so far

Such great quality and wonderful design...hopefully no more broken toes! This model doesn't have the extra "third leg " on the side and the legs at the foot of the bed are rounded on the outside edges. Safety covered all the wa around! Plenty of room under for storage. I'm a 65 year old female and easily was able to assemble. This frame is so strong and secure feeling. No sounds or movement when you get in bed. I am so happy I went with this model!

Price was great, no issues with shipping. My wife assembled this unit (she never does that type of thing, so the instructions were apparently quite good and the process was pretty simple). The only negative is that the slats are way too thin and flexible. We have two separate twin XL mattresses on the frame but the slats bend so much that they transfer all of the movement from one side to the other. I'll probably be putting some plywood sheets on top of the frame to try to remedy the problem.

This review may be slightly long winded, but I’d like to share my shopping experience! I purchased this to replace a bed I bought 7years ago which had plastic brackets that held the slats in place. It was the first time I owned a hybrid mattress, so I didn’t really know what I should have been looking for specifically. Unfortunately those brackets started to break over time, and I never would have been able to disassemble and move the bed without ruining the plastic components. I pored over reviews, made sure I found something that had less than 4” of space between slats, was able to easily clean under (cat and dog with long fur) and something that had a high weight capacity. We are not small people and have a 150lb dog. I purchased this based on the fact that it checked all the boxes for my needs and had great reviews. I ordered a king size and was able to move the box into the house fairly easily. Not super heavy, more so awkward. The pieces of the frames all make sense, so simple I swear you would be able to put it together without instructions! Truly the only aggravating part of assembly is that the bolts are on the short size and I kept dropping them. I assembled by myself and putting the side rails on was challenging solo. I actually ended up propping the far end up on books to make joining the corners easier. I did not tighten the bolts down fully until the frame was totally assembled. The slats couldn’t be easier! They are on a Velcro band, so you just unroll onto the frame. The double sided tape has prevented any issues with the mattress slipping. I’m very happy with this frame overall and would definitely recommend! A few last things to note; you cannot attach a headboard or footboard to this frame. The legs are a V shape with a rounded corner. The legs have a hard plastic cap on the bottom. I was concerned about the bed moving around too much, but haven’t had that issue. Also, the Velcro can make noise when you’re getting into bed. I’ve had the frame for a month and I swear my mattress feels better because it is more supported. If I have any changes from this original review I will amend.

This frame was easy to put together since we had room to assemble it before taking the old one apart. The reasons we bought this one are (1) wood slats were required by the bed manufacturer to keep the warrantee, and (2) we want to take advantage of the space underneath for general storage. We are taller people so the bed height was not a big issue. With a thick mattress, this bed will be too far off the floor for most people. The frame is stable, does not make any noise, and the quality of the pieces seems good.
