This Maelstrom 35/50 Can Insulated Backpack Cooler is a great purchase for any outing/adventure! The backpack is made from very sturdy material and built to hold up to carrying 35 cans, plus room for food and snacks for a day out. The shoulder straps are padded nicely making it an easy wear while toting around the weight of a cooler backpack. The inside is lined with leek-proof materials making it perfect for keeping things cold/hot for many hours while at the beach, having a picnic, at a ballgame or hike you name it this cooler backpack is great for all of it. It comes with many great functions like multiple pockets that zip up to keep your valuables safe like phones and keys, small snacks you want separately. It also has mesh pouches on the sides with an adjustable bungee for water bottles, and a handy bottle opener on the back shoulder strap. The color we chose was blue, and it looks just like the listing picture, and has an American flag patch that is interchangeable. This cooler really looks sharp. I got the blue one and it's a beauty. I don't know what the outer material is but it make the backpack look very districtive and high end. I haven't tested whether it holds 35 cans or not, but it does suffice for my boat trip with friends. We stock the backpack with beverages and small food containers. It's perfect for us. It keeps everything cold for the entire afternoon even though it can be mid-90s. The backpack has all the little nice added touches like side pockets, reflective stripes, multi-compartments, netting and comfortable straps and handles. After a day on the boat, the backpack still remained dry on the outside. I've had other backpack coolers and they seem to leak liquid to the other layer. Not with this one!. I’d give this product a 10 star review if I could!!! This is one of the best items I’ve ever bought on Amazon! I used it at universal studios Hollywood and it kept all drinks ice cold on a day that was 95 degrees outside and 100 percent humidity! It has different compartments to store your belongings in!
