So far I love this mattress. Had another foam mattress that was just a bit too firm for me as a side-sleeper. This one is just a bit cushier. Previous experience makes me think it’ll soften a bit more over the next several weeks. Packed well and arrived quickly. There was no discernible odor whatsoever when opened or decompressing. The mattress is much firmer than advertised, and not less importantly, has a bouncy feel to it. I don’t remember good memory foam to be this bouncy (that is: it shouldn’t!) If you don’t like spring mattresses, avoid this one, specifically if your body weight is low (as mine is). Note also that once you bought a mattress with this firm you will not be able to return it, as the shipping cost (to another state) will be on you, and it will actually be higher than the cost of the mattress itself.
