The texture is lovely and the colors are beautiful. It is exactly what I was looking for and I'm not disappointed. I've only had it a couple of days so I don't know how well it washes. I'm not too concerned though. I can tell it is well constructed so it can be vacuumed, but not so heavy that it can't be moved. I bought one of these rugs. I loved it. I decided to purchase a second one to put in the same room as it's a very large room however the colors are different so they don't match so be wary of this if buying multiple. Other than the color differences, the rug is soft and lays nicely. The initial creases from shipping work their way out after only a few days. It doesn't move much even without a rug pad. I haven't washed it yet but have similar washable rugs and they are easy to wash but since they are large (8x10ft), I wash them at laundromat in large washer and then hang to dry. ... show more
