  • Great for a real beginner
I am new to machine embroidery and need a bit of help with the basics. Looking around for books on the subject brought me here. It is a great help and has a variety of tools to use with hooping and getting everything lined up correctly. The explanations were clear and concise. In fact, it was so good that I ended up losing it to a relative who was also a beginner so now I've got to buy another one! Even if you're more experienced, I think the included tools are worth the price of the book. ... show more

  • Great resource book.
Great book full of helpful hint evev if you have been machine embroidering for a long time. The tools included are a great bonus and, in fact, is the main reason I bought the book. The information in the book was a hugh bonus. I would recommend this book to any machine embroiderer.

  • Well written
This book was well written and the instructions were easy to follow. Being new to machine embroidery, I was looking for more detailed help than I was finding on the Bernette B79 machine manufacturers site.

  • Good book for beginners
This is a good book for beginners to learn important details for better embroidery. Loved the tools that came with it. Do wish that it had a little more detail on lining up lettering. Glad to add it to my collection.
