You wish you bought one of these many, many years ago believe me. This wagon's maneuverability is so good, that it is almost unreal to think how all that stuff that you bring to the beach feels like it is behind you levitating on a hoverboard. And don't even think about any other beach wagon if it doesn't have these same tall and thick wheels. Any other wheels will not go over soft sand. Wet flat sand? Sure, but soft sand: forget about it. This wagon is a breeze and once folded, it feets perfectly behind our passenger's seat. The drinks tray is amazing, super sturdy, well built but just know that if you place a latte; it will spill all over like crazy. We learned that lesson the hard way, but it was our fault but this wagon's fault. One of the best purchases we made in the last 20 years for sure. ... show more

I had bought this wagon to replace a very overworked Tommy Bahama beach cart I was using for several years, since we go to the beach here in California almost weekly we needed a "TRUCK" to get our two umbrellas, three chairs and a cooler plus the dog and the Drones to play with. This wagon more than does the job, I was very satisfied how it folds up neatly to fit into any car and unfolds into a very sturdy and well engineered wagon, capable of holding all our beach stuff. When we first got it I unfolded it and climbed into the wagon with my 215 pound body and my wife pulled me around to see if it could handle it, not only did id pull easily but was very sturdy and suffered no damage. THIS IS THE BEST PRODUCT I HAVE EVER PURCHASED! I absolutely love my cart. It is amazing and I use it for everything. I live in a studio apartment by the beach and this cart helped me move into my apartment (I even had my first couple of dinners on it with the little table that extends out when I first moved in), helps me bring in groceries, and is phenomenal on the sand! Obviously the sand gives it some more resistance so it’s a little tougher to pull vs it being on regular pavement, but the big wheels make it so much better. After reading all the reviews I was somewhat skeptical about this item. For me, this is a very easy to use cart that folds down for easy storage and transport. I used this at the beach and at our state fair to carry ice chests, kids, towels, you name it. The large wheels made sand rolling much easier - note that I am not saying made it easy, if your expectation is to freely roll in the sand, your expectations are likely way too high. This did a great job with sand, but there is still drag as the weight of an ice-chest still makes the wheels dig in the sand, but due to the width of the wheels, much less so than other wagons and carts I have used. As other reviews state, weight distribution is important for this task as well. I do find that if you turn too sharply, especially with anything of weight in the cart, it feels like it will tip over. This never happened to me, but based on the reviews, I was careful not to do this. The tray is a great addition for the little extra money, came in handy several times.     • Good sturdy multi purpose wagon with a few flaws

This is a great all terrain wagon with a few minor things I wish I had noticed before buying. Cons: the wheels are plastic which makes it very loud on concrete/ sidewalks. It doesn’t have any type of braking mechanism to keep it in place when you stop. It should have a locking device to prevent accidental pinching as well. The handle extension lock doesn’t always stay in place if you have a heavier load. Pros: very sturdy and fits my 2 kids plus carries other items. The drink tray is really cool and handy! It folds very easily and doesn’t take up a ton of storage space. We have taken this across grass and gravel and while it isn’t a super comfortable ride, it handles well. All in all this was a good buy with a few minor gripes. It works great for our needs and seems to be incredibly sturdy so far. My main complaint is the plastic wheels (which was my own fault for not reading the description well enough) and that there is no braking mechanism. ... show more

The Mac Sports Heavy Duty All Terrain Utility Beach Wagon performed great at the beach. It does really good in all kinds of sand particularly the soft sugar sand. It has enough capacity to haul all of our beach equipment from the hotel out to edge of the ocean. I also recommend the cargo net to go over it when moving between locations. The only 2 negative items I have are: 1) When extended, the handle will not hook/lock to the wagon, it falls to the ground and can become a trip hazard; and, 2) When fully collapsed and all 4 wheel are in alignment, it is almost impossible to stand up or lean against anything. The wheel allow it to just roll out. It would be helpful even if only 1 of the wheels were lockable. ... show more

We bought this wagon for our live aboard boat! We had a slip fat out from the marina and our parking spot is also a distance from the marina! So far this wagon has worked perfectly! Very easy to maneuver, goes on non paved surfaces with ease, and folds up very neatly.     • Don't love this wagon

I really was hoping for a lot from this wagon. I thought the wheels would be perfect for the sand, but unfortunately I think the design is very flawed. Because the front two wheels are close together, the wagon is very tippable. I understand why it was done, for storage reasons, since it is fairly compact when closed, but it just doesn't make sense otherwise. I really wanted to love it! I also hate that it's nearly impossible to store folded and upright since the wheels don't have a brake. The wagon just rolls off the wall or whatever surface you have it up against. You basically need to store it flat, which to me is the same as needing to store it open. I wish I kept my search open for something else. I do like how easy it is to open and close it and the construction otherwise is pretty good. But I didn't think it was worth the buy ... show more
