These toddler bootcut jeans from The Children’s Place are exactly what I was hoping for. The denim is soft enough for active kids but still feels durable. The fit is true to size, not too tight, not too baggy, nice working pants pockets, and the little bootcut style looks adorable with sneakers or boots. The adjustable waistband is a big plus for growing toddlers. There’s a jean smell but went away after couple washes. Washed them a few times already, and these pants held their shape and color perfectly. Definitely a great buy for the price!

I LOVE that they are adjustable!! These are great. They didn’t shrink in the wash or anything. After a quick wash they were perfect. No weird lingering smell. They’re really durable denim. Light weight for a fast moving toddler who doesn’t like to slow down. It DOES have pockets so make sure to check for surprises your toddler might hide in them. They’re perfect and fit our 2 year old perfectly with room to grow.

My kid is 4.5 years old and on the petite side. The 4T fits him perfectly. He also wears Cat and Jack fleece joggers in 4T. I just don't know if the knee area will hold up. It looks like it can easily be ripped if he fell on his knees though. I do love the adjustable waist. Would totally buy again though.

My son is 21 months old and 2T clothing fits him really well. I ordered these jeans in 2T and they fit him great (he's a solid boy!). The only thing is he's a bit short for them which is no big deal, we just rolled them up a little for now. They fit great around the waist and are adjustable so that we can take the waist in or out as he grows. He's really hard on his clothes, as you can tell from the muddy farm boy feet in the pic, but the mud washes right out with no stains. That's a HUGE plus considering our Pennsylvania clay stains clothes easily! I will definitely be buying these again when he needs a bigger size.
